Nope. I can deal with 10-12 and older but the hyperactive yougins wear my patience thin.
Fuck no.
Big overrated bill that generally ain't worth it.
I tried to get a dog and did a 8 hour trial run. I successfully completed it but the commitment was way too much.
I think I will start off with a plant lol.
I do want kids, but I got shitt to do .
Oh yes how much I do! In my early teens I prayed to be normal and get my menstruation so that I can have a child one day o.o life priorities...
I find it incredibly beautiful that I'm able to give birth to a new life. I want to share all I know to my kid, give all the love I've absorbed. Certainly you don't have to give birth in order to do that, I'd adopt a child, work with children... but I still find the birth process magical.
I love kids however I do not want kids. I want my kids to live in peace not in a world full of hate and so forth. They deserve a better life than that and so do we!!! 🙂
Yes and I love kids! Want about 3
If I could have twenty kids, I would lol... They're a bundle of joy.

Nope. There's honestly not one thing about kids that I like. I do admire those that handle children well and enjoy them. I wish I had that mentality.
Yes. I like the furry ones with four feet.
I already have grown kids and I DO NOT WANT GRANDKIDS. Hell no. My kids are too selfish and I don't want to watch that train wreck.
I want 3... but i have a feeling the pain of having children will be hard on me. So I am not sure!!!
I want to make a little few miracles one day...

I have girls and I love being a mother.
I was waiting for this to read. happy you.
Thanks for the great replies!
Just curious..those who love kids, do they also love adults/people? 🙂
Kids kind of freak me out. Idk how to react to kids. Like I work laying tile and see many people with small children. It's not that I don't like them, it's more I can't relate. They say somthing cute of show me a toy and it's like "Uh, that's nice. Cool toy kid". Then they keep taking and I have no clue what they said and it's like "Hmm... Thats nice. Good talk." It's like they kind of creep me out.
My Sag boss however is great with kids. He know how to speak to them and make them laugh. They almost always like him. They tend to like me also, but I like I said I have no clue wtf to do or say. Just like my damn father lol.
I feel like I am meant to be a mom....I'm just...motherly.
I am definitely not ready right now though. I can't even eat dinner with friends with kids without feeling like thank god I don't have one of those to wake up to everyday....some people really raise little monsters.
But I know it will be different when it's my own kids.

Twenty poop machines is a lot of poop machines :/
I think I'd be mom material. I'd force my kids to learn how to climb a tree and would leave them there all night if they got too scared to come down. I'd also make sure they've mastered woodworking and archery by age 10.
No
Why?
Just because

When I was growing up, I didn't want kids. Then one day, you're just different. I can't really explain it. I had my first at 25 and the second at 28. Baby fever needs to be in the medical books

Funny I came across this today. While in surgery we were all talking about child birth. Everyone has kids except myself.
Everyone points at me and snickers in a playful way. I think everyone understands where I am in life and has felt it too.
I've given up on finding the right man, the right situation, the right time.. Instead- I have been betting on me.
And I know kids will happen whether adopted or otherwise but for a while, I haven't felt empty when alone. I am getting ready to make that step towards children. It's just in the cards and when they're dealt I'll be ready.
🙂
Do you have kids OP?
No, I don't and probably will never.
No because I'm admitting that I'm TOO selfish of a person. And if I ever decide that I want to stop being so selfish, than I might possibly have one child.
For me, it's not a matter of giving up my freedom, it's more about what I would be bringing someone into, and when I look closer, I cannot justify it. Life is long, and most people struggle. Even if they were really lucky and had money for education, found a great paying job, a loving partner, etc., they would still die in the end. There are also so many unfair and unjust things.
- world is already overpopulated so there is major competition for resources
- economies aren't very healthy so there isn't a lot of job stability
- disease, mental illness, murder, etc.
- superficiality
- the good guys don't always win in real life
- dog eat dog world
Too many to list..sorry if this is depressing. I have a lot of respect for parents who try to raise another person to be good in a world that's gray.
