Sag man wants a relationship.
dat Pisces Moon doe ... yes, this is a weird phenomenon - I'd be pretty cautious and in a "get to know him really, really, well before making any types of decisions first" sort of thing ...
Ive known him for 3 years. Did not like him at all!!!! He confronted me about it at a concert a year ago. “Why don’t you like me? I can tell you don’t.”..... I thought he was a dick. I told him “not everyone needs to be friends, but we are cool.”...... Then he invited himself to Vegas because he’s my best friends, other best friend. As soon as he arrived he was keen on me..... hasn’t stopped since. I did see another side. He is actually a lot nicer than I assumed.
This is typical Sag energy to me, maybe the water moon helps too. I don't care about time apart. If I like you, I like you time means nothing. You guys must not see each other often cause you don't ask. If you've turned him down with being busy too much he the past, he will halt his efforts. So it will be up to you to pull him back in and have him chase again.

Sounds like he's quite smitten with you, especially since he's pursued for awhile. Sags have lots of energy we also tend to exaggerate but tend to be logical. But with a Pisces moon he might tend to fantasize a lot. I think he genuinely likes you but it might be that your relationship is committed to him. It might be that he's comfortable with where you are and doesn't want to push and ruin a good thing. Or maybe he's not ready to take it further. We can be sneaky with commitments, we like to just fall into them, not be pressured into them. So the fact that he keeps trying with her, means he likes her. She just needs to try and hog more of his time and not wait for him to come to her.
We get lazy with chasing if we try too much and they don't reciprocate. It's easier to give up and fall back and wait to see if someone falls into our lap! -_-

It really just depends on the Sag but strong water placements can influence things. We like our freedom so commitment can be scary but when we're in we're all in lol.

It's more his demeanor. He has a great reputation for being a standup guy. But he is kind of like a Brut. VERY DRY humor, serious face. No bullshit. Will fight if necessary.
