Scorpios never play games and don't believe in hard to get attitude. You are in or you are out, as simple as that.

The mind games are in your head and on your end. You rejected him and even though he put himself out there you kept pushing him away. He moved on now you need to do the same thing. You have no one to blame but yourself. Next time dwell on what you did and be more honest with yourself. It's not attractive.

Yeah, you fucked up ?. I keep telling you all about that serious, intense, attraction between Scorpio men and their Libras. If you get one who's hooked up with one, she'll always be an issue. lol OP, how many times does a guy need to ask you out before you get the impression that he is serious?

Being that you rejected his invites on multiple occasions, any sane and sensible man would take it to mean that you are disinterested. He is flirting with the Libra because she is probably more receptive of his advances, unlike yourself. Most guys will opt for the path of least resistance.

I think it mostly applies to Scorp men and Libra women. Not sure how true it is for other Libras, but being one myself, I definitely get hit on by Scorp men more than any other sign. I've always attributed it to my Scorp Venus, though.

From what I've seen in my personal life when Scorpio men and Libra women are attracted to each other. It's very intense. These 2 are attracted to each other a lot. I know a few Scorpio male Libra female couples.

I also constantly see a lot of women online, in different zodiac forums, complaining about their Scorpio cheating with, flirting with or leaving them for Libra women and want to know who will he choose or what should they do. A lot like this question, where the OP highlights that there is a Libra woman who who he has favored especially, and another question before this one, where the Taurus woman says her Scorpio flirted with a Libra while they were together and now claims he's running back to her. It's a strong match that happens a lot, and usually stays that way until there's a problem big enough that makes one of them break it off.

Scorpio females and Libra men are another story.

Exactly. I think every Scorpio dude I know, including family members is either in a relationship with a Libra female now, talking to one or has cheated with one in someway lol. Or had one in the past. I'm close with about 6 I can think of.

yeah scorp venus is super magnetic for me - both male and female....for friendships more so than romantic but its really strange how many are in my life....

I'm drawn towards Scorpios for friendships, too. I feel comfortable being vulnerable with them, and have been told they feel the same way about me. I've never been romantically attracted to one, however, and I think it's because subconsciously, I feel they'd emphasize my Venus, which I admittedly spite. lol I think it was Carl Jung who said we dislike in others what we dislike most within ourselves.

I think scorpios don't show their hand and i am the same way.

We don't share all of the info about us right away (or never sometimes). When we like someone, we may not even show it if we are not sure that our chances are good. But once we see someone else initiating and if we like them, then we will pull our flirting skills out of our bag.

So, the only way to find out is to show him you like him, the ball is in your court.

One good outcome from this, is that if he does not like you, he is not going to mess with your head like Libra men do. You will get the hint that it's not mutual. Scorps like authentic people and we are not flakes.
