Really? One would think that religious people would have different marriage ethics. But, I don't know cause I didn't have the church growing up . . so I only know about us sinners.

I'd feel like a fool asking a new bf to go get checked out before sex.

Has anyone had to do that? Did it make you feel stupid?

I've never used a condem before . . but, if I ever get single again . . I'll have to get used to it, cause I ain't ready to die for sex.

It just seems so unfair for the guy . . I wouldn't use protection.

I'd just make sure he didn't have anything 'cause it's not fair that he has to lose all the "skin action" . . I'd figure something else out, first.

After a period of time, people just need different things . . finding somethign to spice it up is nice, but, doesn't always work . . some women have babies late in life to keep the marriage together.

It just seems so unfair for him . . I don't know if I could expect him to have to give up so much.

It's easy for me to say, though, Branh, because I only sleep with my husband, so I dont' know what it's like for single people out there in the world.

There's a lot of truth to that, Branh . . I remember watching my parents . . nothing like it is today . . when I married (ages ago) I tried to mimick my parents and their values . . I guess that's why I'm still married and never cheated on him.

It seems, though, that the generation coming up now and becoming adults are going back to those old fashioned values a tad and that's cool.

Isn't that sad? Friends are suppose to have your back, not stab you in the back.

Notso, I wasn't "in love" with my husband, nor him with me, when we got married. Over time, we learned to love each other . . we got married because it was the right thing for us at the time . . we something in each other that we needed.

It's so different now . . I think it's harder because there is no such thing as the perfect person . . but, that's what we're looking for.

Does that person even exist?

You guys are scaring me . . no wonder when I listen to people on here . . I don't get it. I didn't realize it was this way . . I guess I'm old fashioned.

There's no hope for older women, then . . we can't compete with this.

Branh, I'm fixing to get back into this whole single scene again soon and I can't do this sort of thing. What has everything come down to?
