No it's not gay. It's no different than if a woman likes to receive oral sex. Sure, Lesbians often give eachother oral sex, but that doesn't mean that liking/requesting oral sex makes you a lesbian or gay. Gay men do tend to like the anus area, but that doesn't mean you're gay if you like the same things they like.

Messing with other men makes you gay, not coincidently liking what alot of gay men tend to like. Now, on the other hand, if this guy is showing "signs" or giving away red flags that he might be gay in other areas of his life, then him liking anal activity might be the icing on the cake or the final confirmation that he's gay. But if there are no other signs, it's possible that this guy (along with tons of other guys who just won't admit it yet) might really like anal activity.

I'd rather not be giving my all if I'm feeling he'd rather be elsewhere. If however he was curious...maybe... but I would really be suspicious of him and it would probably be too much drama in the end!!!
