Sense 8 is supposed to be really good. I have heard the first episode is slow, but the rest get better.

I just finished Master of None. Those guys did a great job with that. Highly recommend!
I'll check that out.
Others have already mentioned DareDevil (which I highly recommend) but you might also want to check out Jessica Jones. All episodes of the first season were released in one go just like DD. Binge time!

we had started watching Jessica Jones last night, even while i was posting/reading because it was soooooo SLOWWWW and kindof boring.
it's just not as good as Daredevil (youre right, Scenic)
and the actress seems to be trying too hard.
we're only in a few episodes but gosh is it slooooowww.
a really really awesome tv series, which takes all my attention when i watch it with my husband, (and my mother in law stays over too to watch so i make dinner for her and we all watch together after dinner)
is, the 2nd series of "FARGO"
but we are waiting for ALL the episodes to come on so we can sit and enjoy for several hours with breaks and snacks in between.
so some of the new epis are out but we'll start watching it next week again.

i think the 1st ep was in portuguese? english i suppose.

I only got through like 10 minutes of it before I decided to go to bed, but it was spoken in English. On netflix I only saw English subtitles.

if you want to see a very heartwrenching and so sad, but beautiful story, go see this!!! you will cry.
i thought that "Drop Dead Diva" was enough for me. lol but i saw this and as corny as it is, its kind of cute.
shes actually a stand up comedian. 😛 heehee.

i like the show even though it's corny, cause it's about family alot, also cultural.

but i highly recommend the series. it's long.
it's not family oriented BUT it's about romance and after life and love transcending.
this was kind of interesting. Anthony Hopkins Always plays his role well. Kind of reminds me a little when he was doing "hello there, Clarice"
the co-star i guess plays his role well Ãf he's the kind of passively type of guy that you wish he had more passion.
a religious man/preacher that seems more "believable" has passion, like having the spirit move them.....so his role was well done.

i was kind of surprised at this show, kind of weird and baffled me cause what she did was so crazy.
it reminds me of the real life story of "Into the Wild" ...however the difference here is that this is not a true story, and she is a woman who chose a "Popular" trail path, supposedly. called, "The Pacific Trail Association".....
so i don't really know if women who go alone would do it.

i saw this, and was horrified. Apparantly it's a true story. It said it right away on the summary. A monster who lived in New Zealand and isolated young women and abused, sexually, kept them prisoner psychologically and mentally, and physically. Isolated in the middle of nowhere.

my husband and relatives wanted me to watch this film, so we sat down after dinner, and it was OK. it had potential but something was missing.
still the concept was pretty good. people on YouTube seem to like these two together.

Nurse Jackie, Private Practice, and Life in Trauma or Er shows.
I'm starting to get angry from to shows, Duce ex machina's and frustrating faux pas are just a few things that make tv shows unwatchable..

The first season was weak, standard generic syfy crap, but the second season went up and just when it started getting real good syfy decided to cancel it. Then they started a couple new really crappy boring shows.
I think they must have a scheme in place to be making money on really crappy half-assed shows, so they have to cancel them when they become interesting or sthg.
