how do you help a virgo man feel better?
You're being too accommodating ..... a Virgo needs to be needed, not fussed over.
So long as the Virgo doesn't have a chore or duty, assignment, priority or service to perform ... then he will sink to staggering lows so dense that he will barely be able to breathe.
To bring the Virgo out of a funk ... give him something to do, something to focus on, something you need from him.

The Virgo guys I know are very big on fixing their own problems, but appreciate kind gestures that make their lives easier. Like bringing by the sick food you swear by, when they're ill or even just being a sounding board when they're ready to talk about something that's bugging em.
