How does Virgo exactly "hint" or show interest in someone?
Depends on past experiences, since we're cautious gingerly-moving creatures. A younger Virgo (late teens/early 20s) can be more upfront about his attraction, but older ones will be more wary & protective of their feelings if they're worried about rejection.
Took me 4 years to reveal my true feelings to my baby. And even then he had to force it out of me.

does it work for you? i sometimes dont need to do that. people just cling on to me like flies cuz how i look and even smell
If I'm interested in someone i'll spend a lot of time with them, share things with them, be slightly over protective to shield them from meanies...
To think about it, I probably don't do things that differently if I genuinely like someone as a friend except I'd be willing to do more for the person I'm interested in. I tend to blush around someone I like, and will flirt back & TRY to be cute lol

i'm the latter so the virgo scorp moon would show alot of attention at first but may pull back now and then to reassess the situation. hard to win a virgo but once they like you you'll know it and that makes you all more special cuz they rarely choose just anybody.
the cap girls i knew were not into money that much. yeah they were smart in money sense and spend wisely but they don't need all that bling bling life style . they like luxury to a certain extent. but if they're interested you'll know for sure. they'd stare at you alot and talk to you.

the one i personally know and two others are not to shy at all about it. maybe at a younger age like early twenties and under may give hints.

To answer OP, Virgos are a sign of servitude, so normally we'd find ways to help you or improve your life, social status etc. In school, maybe we'd help you with assignments. At work, we find ways to cover your back.
And we don't reject you when you ask us out for a casual meeting or date.
Virgo checklist 101:
-Witty banter
-Ask a lot of questions
-Doll up for you
-Send you links, tag you in stuff related to your interests. (Actually comes off more subtle than you think)
-Offer suggestions of activities
-Make time for you
-Do sweet, surprising gestures like offer to bring you soup if you're sick, pick up coffee for you along the way, or pay for your lunch. I won't mention I am doing this.
-Actually tell you I like you. Rare, but if it happens treasure it
Regarding Virguys
They will be:
-protective in a fatherly/motherly sort of way
-try to go out of their way to be helpful, and TELL you they did
-include you in other areas of their life that might mean more work for them

If they don't show any love back then I'm sad for a while & eventually get over it. If they come back the hype won't be as strong as before but by that time I can see them in a more realistic light.. if I still like them after seeing the "real them" then i'll really be interested & possibly want more if they do too
Now in the case that they come back and try to play games on a romantic level or don't show a romantic interest i'll propose a friendship, if they continue to play games in the friendship, i'll cut them off
