Virgo... The Basics...

Here's a favor for all of you who do not understand Virgos and are being confused by our words, actions and etc. For Virgo season I will post 5 Virgo basics concerning our personality which seem simple but need to be given clarity from what I'm reading. Happy Virgo Season and hopefully this helps someone...

Virgo Basic #1 There is no spoon-

At least not for Virgos. The truth is and I'm certain the majority of my Virgos will agree, if we love you we will meet you on your level and raise you to our own if possible. We judge no one because we are all at different stages of enlightenment, but the majority of the time, Virgo women are playing stupid in order to date you, and Virgo men are acting the way you find desirable. It's only logical.

Virgo Basic #2 Selective Communication-

Virgos do not speak to everyone and are sarcastic enough to heckle a comedian. For this reason, we don't share our actual thoughts with everyone. We meet people on their level. We have real conversations with real people. We have fake conversations with fake people. And if we can't find someone in our lives to trust with our secrets, we'll make friends with the local drunk or a stripper of the next town over. Someone we know is keeping secrets and share our thoughts. We instinctively know who to talk to and who not to speak to. The only thing that offsets the balance of our communications is emotions.

Virgo Basic #3 Duality-

The fact of the matter, in a Virgos mind no one is good. We're all just trying our best to be good. Well, some of us. Virgos might have a duality worse than a Gemini. Unlike a Gemini who lets it slip out every now and then for fun, a Virgo will contain their darkness until the right moment. We understand that it's easy to be angry or to do bad things, but to be angry at the right person at the right time and for the right reasons is difficult. We self discipline to master our emotions so that when it's the right time to be angry... HULK SMASH!!!! It's the reason why our sarcasm is so extreme. If you ever seen a Virgo fight it's quite spectacular. You might only see a door open, a grown man flying through the air and come to a stop against a brick wall, and the door close. Real Talk... A Gemini is more like a Hannibal Lector. One person with a dark side that is fully aware of actions and enjoys them good or bad. That sweet Virgo guy or girl that's so well mannered and disciplined is the Dr. Jekyll. There's only stories about Mr. Hyde because whoever met him ended up dead in a sewer missing fingers.



Virgo Basic #4 Self Sufficient-

Virgos have plans and the only thing that constantly gets in the way of those plans are nouns(people, places, things). We understand this so we avoid nouns as much as possible because it's in the way of production and reaching our goals. We don't need a man/woman and can be perfectly happy, clean, well dressed, and successful on our own. We can differentiate our wants fro our needs. If you are the noun we allow to stop our plans, you should know automatically that you are very special to us.

Virgo Basic #5 Zero Tolerance Policy/Ghosting-

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have already watched all the videos and read all the e-books on the warning signs concerning your specific age group. So we see all the warning labels associated with you the first month of conversation. If we stop talking to you... Zero Tolerance Policy If we are on a date, and your mannerisms are not par... Zero Tolerance Policy If you say something that genuinely goes against everything we thought we knew about you or our expectations of you... Zero Tolerance Policy Now if we see all your flaws and we're still hanging around, we probably are madly in love with you. But even then, we would rather break our own heart so that you don't have the pleasure. We would not hesitate to chop our nose to spite our face.

In conclusion, the logical mind of a Virgo is brought about because we feel more than most people. We experience life in our heads and in our hearts. For every past relationship, a part of us dies a little, and we have to nurture ourselves back to health. Not in the way that other signs go about it. A Virgo will self analyze, find everything he/she did wrong, look to see if there was anything more that he/she could have done, and most importantly learn from the experience. I'm glad that you find it agreeable and one thing I'm certain of is there isn't a single Virgo who doesn't value their own identity. Whether that person is a monster or a meatball. I think the most important thing is that you know that you're normal for a Virgo. How you deal with being one is your own affair. We naturally feel things more. I've learned to take more time to filter my thoughts and feelings in this life to avoid getting prescriptions. I remember the one time I went to a psychiatrist, after two sessions the lady told me that all she thought I really needed was a new job. You could actually successfully analyzed yourself. We Virgos have a problem "accepting" things we cannot change. Learn to accept. Be more Libra like and learn that we cannot control people or things. Keeping balance is more important than anything..

Some of these I can't relate to, even as a Virgos dominant. However a few things I VERY much appreciate from this post:

You mentioned that we feel. Correct. I'm so dulled by the description that we are without emotions. This is a lie, at least to me. If so many call us "sensitive", this proves here that we do feel, as only the sensitive could do so since they've gotten receptive.

I like the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde imagery (and dislike it too lol). Probably because I can really relate this to my previous struggle with highs and lows, and that I have to us medication to lull the darkness that is usually brought about during a certain period of my cycle (I have PMDD). I think this helps to shed the crippling episodes we go through. I know a Virgo relative who is also Virgo dominant, and he was also diagnosed with certain mental illnesses that had him go though highs and lows as well.

I appreciate the expression to be self-expressive ( from what I've taken from your #4). I skimmed through that Sextrology book a little about Virgos, and to summarize, it says that we're often told who we should be or that others put on us an identification. This makes my stomach turn. I would rather be dead then be unable to have my own voice. I intensively cling to my own self-expression.

That is the Virgo paradox. Constantly trying to improve your very best in anything. There were times I'd workout in the gym until I sprained my foot because I was chasing strength and endurance. I flipped the new tire in the gym 40 times because it was heavier than the one I was used to and I wanted to master it.. Yeah... That was over the top.

More like compromising our standards due to a sense of servitude to better society at large and provide injured souls w/ a benefit of the doubt; while gradually nursing a certain level of our self-respect back to life repeatedly due to putting ourselves last all the time, during any slither of free time left in our lives; thus we push for a certain level of privacy just for this;

There's an easy and healthy way around this; first take time to get to know "you." Figure out what you stand for; your values; what you absolutely will not put up with; have a goal in life; also, what type of people or things turn you off? Your perspectives on faith; morals; money, budgeting family, balance of time; etc. Recreational time; what's your limit? What're your boundaries; what are your strengths/weaknesses, what are you working on? Are you in relationships for love or sex? Don't deviate from your stand on anything, unless there's a really good reason.
