I've always had this experience with Scorpios, what gives?

It's mainly in the workplace.

I tend to take my work seriously and am kind of a workaholic but I notice I've had this experience with three guys and all were Scorpios.

1. They say "you have so much drive and so much of a work ethic".

2. They try to probe into my work and try to aggressively give me suggestions or even try to lead me when I am just trying to do my work.

3. They also try to buddy buddy with me and I try not to be a d1ck about it and go with it but it seems like some kinds of boundaries dissolve with them.

4. I always find out that they are trying to sabotage me behind my back whether it is spreading rumors, stealing my work, trying some power plays, and trying to get a rise out of me then laughing it off as just joking.

The thing is, I ALWAYS encounter them when I am at my lowest in life. This can be when I am broke, trying to payback college loans, and trying to put food on the table while I try to make ends meet.

What gives?

Does this sign get a rise out of picking on people when they are helpless?

They want to see where your boundaries lye and see if you will be a push over. It's always best to stick with what you're doing and not fold.

If they find you weak or easily influenced with whatever they are talking about, it's over for you.

It's mostly about your character, not stance in life.

If they find you weak with no guts, you will get squashed.

It's best to either ignore them or stand up for yourself and let them know that you can't be fucced with.

If you can't stand up for yourself, just stay out of their way.

If you have not built up a solid foundation for how you come across, do not be fooled by the friendly nature- as you see it ends in sabotage, because they find you weak and you aren't gonna do shit about it anyways.

Also, anything that's competitive to them, between you and them jobwise- keep to yourself.

Do not ever let them think you are getting the best out of the job.

That goes for pay, hours worked, job tasks- All of it.

The way I get around working with them is to keep it pleasant and vague, but not budge on things.

They ask me to do something and they aren't my boss, "I'm busy right now, don't know if I have time to get to it"

They tell me to do something a certain way, "Oh wow that's a great idea" then I don't listen and do things the way I know how to do it.- They notice, won't say anything and will probably try it one more time after- Once the result is the same, they know I'm just playing dumb and not doing it.

They ask me how much overtime I've gotten this week- "I'm not sure, I haven't paid attention to it"

They ask me about my pay or bonuses and it's always the lowest I know that the company has.

You do not want to be a part of this competition when it involves a Scorpio lol

TBH, I did get to that point with a couple but the good in me could not allow them to stick around. For one I screenshotted sexist and racist things he said and sent it to HR, eventually it got him fired. The other managed to get drunk and I bailed on him, I ended up talking more to a leader at the company I was close to about his behavior and got him fired. I had to do it, I do not understand why anyone can stand around and tolerate this behavior they have towards others.

I think it's sort of like a test for the Scorpio to see what type of stuff they can get away with.

I've shocked one at work by just saying "No" when being asked to do something they didn't want to do, and walking by them casually.

I hate being told what to do, if you aren't my boss, GTFOH with all that.

You do your job and I will do mine. That's it.

I don't mind helping, if it's needed, but I will not do it for them.

This isn't necessarily a Scorpio thing, just a shitty behavior thing.

I guess that is one way to handle it if you don't like confrontation.

I handle it fine with them, so I wouldn't go the HR route.

I'm saying this for about half of them. They're very needy. They're best off with insecure/low confidence people. Someone they can manipulate. That aint me babe. I notice scorpios have this need to manipulate, but they're not any good at it. And the obvious conversation bullies which you can see anywhere even on here. But then other ones are pretty normal and dgaf about all that so idk. The women are just kind of hoes on the down low, but thats cool, I just dont want their damaged exes. without me asking, she literally told me where she was assigned and that we'd probably see each other next week. then she told me she needs to go coz she lives in a far away city. mind you, she told me all these info when all i said was 'thanks' for the snack she gave me.

it was very comforting coz public toilets are very traumatizing for me.

I had a scorp female like that at work. She had a habit of expecting people bend over backwards for her. She was only friendly when she needed something from you. Her boyfriend was a real feminine, shy guy and she was the one wearing pants in the relationship. They lived together and he never had a say in anything. All the major decisions was made by her without considering his opinion. He worked with us too. It was sad to watch really, it kind of disgusted me in some way, felt like that guy was used. So to cut the story short, couple times that woman told me to give her bf ride home after work, as she was doing overtimes and out of my kindness I took him home. (The guy didn't even know of her plans).

Then she made it a habit to ask me to give him a ride whenever she was doing overtimes and considering she was a money hungry b**** that was happening quite often. 3rd time she came over and informed me that she was doing overtimes again for the next week and her bf needed a ride - I declined.

I don't want to be responsible for someone else's family members if I'm not getting any compensation for time and resources spent..

You should be wiser, people like her are everywhere.. If you let people use you- they'll happily do it.

most Pisces I've noticed both irl and online tend to harbor a dislike for Scorpios (personal observation) which is kinda sad coz Scorpios seem to really like Pisces. Some earthy Pisces do like Scorpios tho.

Like there was this Pisces girl in my previous workplace who can't stand this Scorpio girl (coz she was bossy and overbearing) but I don't take this personally, coz this Scorpio used to be in a high-ranking position so she acted that way. I'm more friends with the Pisces but keep a strictly professional relationship with the Scorpio but I have to tell you, I've always judged the Pisces for talking about her. Pisces tend to gossip about people they hate to everyone (I love them but this is something I can't help but notice). It's one thing to talk about someone in a random place online, but it's something else to do it in the workplace where you can potentially damage someone professionally. And everyone always sides with Pisces. As a universal sign, they know best how people go about things.

They say if life puts Scorpio into your life, you've really pissed off the God's or whatever. Like life is trying to teach you some type of karmatic lesson or some shit. I don't know what that lesson is, or if I even fully believe it, but suggest just continue doing your thing and being nice to them. Don't do anything sneaky behind their back, but also don't show them weakness. Just consistently be yourself and once they realize you are unbreakable they will move on. Not just Scorpio either, but with any human who is like that in general.

Most unevolved Scorpios are sadistic by nature. It's best to either put them in their place, whenever you have the opportunity, or avoid them.

Many secretly despise themselves or/and are deeply insecure. So, whatever 'victories' they derive from other people's misfortunes are usually short-lived.
