My friends moon is 29 degrees in aries.. does this mean she is on the cusp of a taurus moon?

I think mimicry is a well known characteristic for a moon in gemini, but what about cancer moons...? do cancer moons also have some sort of mimic ability, do they also copy a person's behavior, like the way someone talks, etc.

I have a few scorpio moons in my life. i myself have no planets in water.
