Thought someone would ask.
He is seeing someone and has been for months on the quiet. She got out of a marriage and less than 6 months they are together..he was seeing someone else at the same time prior and that person asked and was told nothing was going on.
Sure, maybe it's not anyone's business but there are children involved who have been taught to lie or to just keep their mouth shut.

Not married. He has child. She has children. And another woman in the mix yes.
The kids don't see what's going on but they are around a lot at each others houses acting like friends around the children.

My Sag friend does not give too hoots about the context of the lies. It's the fact that he lied to her face knowing she hates liars and so does he and she has proof he is lying.

But I never said relationship. Seeing each other, yes but that's it but it's more the lying. No one cares what's going on anymore because it's been so long that it can't be hidden. It's the pile of lies being told and I thought Aquas didn't lie??

Confront your aqua friend about it, give him 48 hours to think, and if he doesn't tell her, you will...
It's not fair for the both of them, and I think its your duty as a friend to make it very clear to your aqua friend that this is not ok and he should tell her. Kids, or no kids...

So, it's really not about the children, they are just a vehicle through which to express the sag's triggered behaviour.
I get it, i really do, noone likes a lying friend, but objectively the options of him telling you both the truth and the friendly relationship with you two staying as it is are pretty slim. On the other hand, he obviously wanted the second woman.
So, if he can't tell you about both the women without getting into "trouble" he would hide it. The end result of the actions he undertook to satisfy his "thirst" is the same, you two are pissed, but the option he took at least has him having some fun while the charade lasts keeping your friendship alive as opposed to telling you both straight up and risking the friendship falling apart that instant.
This is largely a case of having your cake and eating it too. Somewhat failing at it tho, but such is the fate of people who try to sit on two stools in most cases.

I can see where u are coming from but I think initially it was the fact that he was doing this to the first woman because she is good friends with her. The second woman was friends with the Sag ages ago but the Sag broke contact because she betrayed her trust and I think she feels the guy is blinded by this second woman and her character and that she is bad news.
Perhaps he knew if he let the Sag know what was going on, she would break friendship with him because of her ability to break trust in friends but now the friendship is gone purely because of the extent of the lies.

I was the first woman but now have removed myself intimately. The Sag is not the other.
One thing to consider is you don’t know what arrangements he has with these women. Like you previously said, he’s not the relationship type. It’s very possible they agreed to keep the fwb situation private, especially since they have young kids.
You prying into his sex life puts him in an uncomfortable place if he’s already agreed to keep it private.

So my close Aqua friend has been lying to everyone for months...And before anyone asks, there is proof that he has been lying. Initially it was the context of the lie but it's being going on so long that we feel he is no longer respecting us as friends by being dishonest. He hates people who lie and always prided himself on telling the truth but this is out of control. My Sag friend who is also besties with him hates lying and confronted him many times but he denied. She has now broken all ties with him because of all the proof she saw. Im still friends with him and her but it's killing me that my Sag friend and Aqua friend are done. I feel like the middle of a sandwich. Can I fix this between them? I thought Aquas couldnt lie??
