I'm new to DXPNET. I had been browsing this site for awhile now and decided to make an account for myself and talk to you all.

What orginally brought me here is women and after studying the minds of bitches under certain signs, I come to find this playground. I just believe that every woman is different based on her personal planets. I love women and I love to learn. My first post is about a woman, but never mind that.

How the fuck would you feel though?

..If all the fun and games, the conversation you all do, is solely just based on your imagination?

Online fantasy football.. This what this pretty much is, if it's a chance this shit is inaccurate and a sham..

How the fuck would you feel if that post you put on the Taurus forum about them being "slow" and stupid is just not even real?

How the fuck would you feel if that paragraph you typed about Pisces moons being emotionally disturbed is all your head?



So how the fuck would you feel if Astrology isn't even real.. How the fuck would you feel knowing all this researching, studying, gaining more of the little information by the day was like.. Not even worth your time? If all the hate posting, drama, and negativity was like... Not even worth your time? Like when you ask someone their sign and they say "Capricorn", and you went "YUCK!" and that Capricorn looked at you with that "Lego square head" and goat face like they just burped up some spicy shit.. How the fuck would you feel?

This is how I feel and think when I try to topic astrology to random people that don't believe or understand.

I feel fuckin delusional and like I'm wasting a part of my brain on some shit that could go to like, perfect blunt rolling or something..

What if Astrology ain't real? Where's the facts? How the fuck would you feel?

I feel just...treetrunked...

Sometimes I would get too involved in the astrology and turns out our relationship doesn't work out the way our synastry promises. So now I only use astrology for research purposes. Like getting an idea of what that person is like, knowing more about their personality... Nothing can replace the interactions you guys have in real life or where that person is in their lives at the moment. But I still like to look up their chart because I like knowing who I'm dealing with.

Even if I've been proven wrong, that still doesn't stop me.

I think astrology signs are a metaphor about someone specific. It's a therapeutic way to connect with strangers openly who have their own stories about people with the same sign. 🙂

You're assuming that astrology is a law. It's not. Astrology should not be used to determine a person's character. It can help, but there are many factors that make a person who they are. You could take two people with the exact same placements, raise them in different environments and they could have completely different personalities. Does that necessarily debunk astrology? No. You could find arguments that would both support and negate astrology's validity in that situation.

My answer is very similar to this.

If you look at it from the perspective of Matrix and take reality as multilayered phenomenon, then yes, there's no reality that you can buy in the shop, go to cashier and put it in your pocket. But if you look at it chronologically, in terms of astrology existing throughout centuries, it's very much like any other system of values, beliefs and experiences (politics, economy, etc). It has built a certain body that functions according to some rules which, depending on you as a person, your evolution in life, the point where you arrived, serve to help you (or not) understand people and life in general.

Pretty much like any other thing or idea that exists in this world. It depends on you, what you are capable of doing with it. Nothing in this life is set in stone; if you are looking for that kind of confirmation, I'm afraid you won't find it anywhere, not just astrology wise.

Now, almost everything that we now do (especially "boring" stuff) that earns us our daily bread, we will find useless when we arrive at older age; we will probably think we could have spent our time much better, and will look with envy at some eccentric people who had challenging lives, etc... Many people wonder, after they finish some process (in work, in private life, etc..) was it actually real? Are bank systems real and fair? Are rules and regulations of countries set in stone and support the Truth?

Everything is liquid and changeable, it's on you to make your own system of beliefs, making the best of what's on offer (and there's plenty).

I see it like a labyrinth; you are always at some point of the road which leads to the centre. Now, because you can't see the centre, you think you are on the wrong track, and that's where many people make mistake and discard the knowledge gained there. All roads lead to Rome, as the famous saying goes, and everything you learn in the process, leads to The knowledge. Nothing you learn in life is useless, everything serves a certain purpose and is a part of what makes you a person you are now.

Let me tell you my story: wherever I look, no matter if with or without Astrology, I see people putting each other in categories. using prejudice. critisizing. being frustrated with each other.

All in all, to me it's like you are lost in the ocean and cannot live a home life on the dry earth. and it makes no difference if you take this piece of wood to swim with. or that other piece.

So in the "opinion" department Astrology is as bad as other drugs we smoke (racism, homophobia, religion, antireligion, sexism, conservatism, rebellion, etc.).

In the "behavior" department nothing can beat upbringing. And NEEDS.

I only mention astrology to people who mention it first.. sometimes I ask for birthdates which makes me cringe but I can’t help it haha.

I honestly take astrology with a grain of salt, it’s fun to read birth charts etc and learn what your signs are but basing your entire life on it sounds pretty ridiculous. 🙃 (ex: believing 100% in horoscopes and shit.)

I take more than a grain of salt, tbh. I believe all of it except horoscopes..

I think horoscopes should be used with full natal charts instead just going by the sign alone and applying it to all those people.. Horoscopes should be particular and personalized.

Because we got horoscopes all out here just loosely, shit like that is why people don't believe. Finding out about horoscopes should be like when you just we're finding out about natal charts.
