the fastest learners?
Honestly depends on what you would be learning. I think all signs are good at learning certain things.
Mercury and Jupiter represents this area. Mercury represents hands, ideas, information, intellect,communication mental outlook, intellectual endeavours, manual dexterity, mechanical skills, methods, mind, mode of thinking and communication Jupiter represents the abstract mind, higher learning exploring ideas, both intellectually and spiritually. Ideology expansion, growth and co-operation.

The fastest learners are going to be those people most willing to make mistakes.
I like to learn from others' mistakes.
That's a Mercury thing; I'm an Aries sun but a Taurus Mercury. I need to actually see how something is done, take my time absorbing it and find a way to apply it. With Taurus Mercury, all information goes through a process lol so definitely not the fast learners. But mindful, and thorough. A lot of people call it a very 'deliberate' placement.

Mercury dominant person would learn faster.
Jupiter dominant person would continue to keep searching for higher knowledge.
If a Jupiter dominant person who has Mercury in an Air Sign placement. No telling how far that person would go.
I'm good at learning new things but get bored of them quickly
Haha I shouldn't say I get bored more like plateau quickly and that's when I get bored
