25yrs later

My girl is still doing it.

Every once in a while I get fascinated by Ms. Mary J. Blige with her crazy behind. Her first song and video was "Real Love" in 1992.



During the time she was in a rough relationship with a Virgo who she was IN LOVE with. They had a very hard relationship and "supposedly" even fought physically before this performance. It is rumored she was pregnant here, and either lost the baby or had an abortion. I don't remember the story, or know of how true it all is. Anyway, one of my favorite songs from both artists.

Getting out of a divorce with a Leo, who she married 12yrs ago.



People always feel Mary will put out her best music when she's in pain. Her best album to date was after her break-up with Kci, and people think she will deliver musically again with her divorce from Kendu, which is unfortunate that all folks seem to care about is what they will hear from her during her devastating times. This song was just released yesterday and I love it.



I guess like everyone else, I'm anticipating the album.

Anyway, just wanted to post about one of the Cappie women I'm oftentimes in awe of. It's amazing she's still around and still successful, despite having highs and lows, both personally and professionally. Bad advice was given to her a few years ago, and her career was looking a little shaky, but she's bounced back. Her single, the one I posted, has been number one on RnB charts all year, which is amazing. Love her, and if you look at her career, she's been 100% honest in everything...even her sour moods. Just think it's weird and interesting how her personal life can be in shambles, yet during that time she can be her most successful.

I love Mary J she is always bouncing back. This divorce is no different she will come out on top doing something. I know she never really tried her hand at acting

Her Cancer moon really does show. I see it in her fashion/appearance and she can be a bit dramatic with her emotions, especially when performing.

I think she dabbled in acting before. If I'm not mistaken, she was in a Tyler Perry movie. I think she's been in a few things actually, but with small roles.

Ha! I don't think it takes 25yrs for a Cap to say they love you but with "some" Caps I bet it takes 25 yrs for them to say it and mean it.
