Define Earthy

How do you define someone as Earthy. Is it being more realistic, grounded, practical or more towards the physical?

No not PDA. I meant physical as in more in touch with your body, being comfortable in/with it. Living in the real world not in the fantasy world of illusion. Many people take physical as lust, physical attraction. But I guess that is not Earthy even though it is physical. Lust is there but with a different perception. Earthy according to me is being in the real world. Understanding the laws that govern the physical world.Reality. Being serious about it, as it is the only thing that exists.Not in a bad way. You are practical, don't like waste. You don't have the illusion of love as the romantic kind yet you do like it but still prefer the realistic version of it.

I'd definitely go with realistic, grounded and practical. Physical by your definition, I think, has a lot to do with self-esteem and self-image, which I think, does not depend on how much earthy is in your chart.

Am still not sure what astrologically contributes to Earthy. I don't think earth signs as they say are Earthy. Or maybe earth activates a bit late. Maybe Saturn keeps it real.

Earthy are concrete, set in stone, pillars to lean against, the floor doesn't fall out from beneath them...

I have 60% air in my chart the rest is fire and water and I have 2% earth.....Sonetimes I distort my reality and ask questions like "what if this is all a dream and I wake up" "what if life is an illusion" I tend to use a lot of my time processing these thoughts and researching how these thoughts can be possibilities....this thinking and processing is saturated in different avenues of my life, when I meet people I know they aren't always what they seem when I meet them straight off the bat, I anticipate seeing their other sides....Earthy people are surprised when people show them and different side to them and it takes time for them to adjust to the new person but for me It's taken in my stride...

Cares about materials and has a knack for beauty. Likes to flourish and become stronger then surrounding objects at all costs. Has the ability to adapt and adjust faster then harsh conditions can take it out. Something somewhat weak, but that weakness always makes it 10 times stronger in the end.
