Do any of you have a problem with being touchy?

I usually don't like touching people until am very comfortable with them even then I keep a certain distance. Handshakes are also sometimes a lot. But sometimes when people hug me or be near shoulder to shoulder it feels good but then the person has to be very close. It feels kind of like we are protecting them or they are part of the pack. This is more with women than men.

Lol I have noticed this too with a lot of Caps I know I'll get a love you and a very quick hug. Even with my little sister who is 6 years younger than me and who I was very protective of growing up and who I am a lot closer with than my Taurus sister who is 18 months older. She just now got comfortable with hugging me and I think that is only because I am 15 hours away now and don't get to see her very often, but I have no doubt that if she was upset and I was around she would let me hug her then be embarrassed and change the subject lol. Is it just being afraid to be vaunerable?

My son is a cap, he never came near me his whole life, but wanted to be around me all the time, we are very close but he is still the same, lol? Not physically affectionate ever x

I think it is not about being vulnerable but just that we prefer mind to mind and not body to body, keeping our space. But yes when it is family who we do not meet quite often we want to give all our heart by hugging them for all the time spent apart. I do this with my Leo brother. We meet very less but we like tight hugs. It shows our bond. It might be of short duration but it has everything.

Yes I can understand but with my mom I was the opposite I always wanted to hug her when I was little. I wouldn't even sleep without her near me.

Edit: just realized it was in the Cap forum. But I have noticed Caps are not public about their affections. It's usually done in private away from the Public eye.

If a girl touches me i dont mind?with guys i dont want to even handshake but thats only because i dont know them

Lol 😄. Same here who cares about the guys. But still with girls also I prefer some distance.

Initially, yes. Once i'm in love though and with my partner I am VERY touchy. To the point I've been told to keep my hands off. I'm the type of girl that would grab your ass in the supermarket and walk away like if nothing happen. Lol

I definitely do not like people touching me if I do not know them that well. Some people come off that they can touch you as much as they want and I have to ask them to stop and not crowd me. Or else I might have to go off.

Never had a problem with this. I prefer physical affection/ touch to talking.

It's not making love.

It's conversation with my coworker & he feels the need to touch my arm.

Or the female who rubs/scratches my back as she walks by saying "hi" (then my back is itching for the next 20 minutes)

Yeahhhhh I've noticed caps don't like being touched. There were only two of that I know that were very touchy with me, but they still didn't like to be touched.

Which sucks bc I'm more touchy (to a certain extent). Light touches and nuzzling idk it makes me feel more comfy.

My cap is very touchy feely, but he's got a cancer moon. When we sleep he wraps his legs up with mine, he's got to be constantly touching me while we sleep. Even right now while I'm on the couch and he's watching tv on the floor, he's leaning his shoulder against my legs. He's always been that way, he's very affectionate. I had him take that 5 Love Languages quiz and physical touch was his #1

I'm dating an Aries moon Cap and he is the same way 🙂. He is also a hugger and he will hug anything and everything. It hasn't struck my nerve with the women, yet.

I meant touchy with strangers/acquaintances/family members, not with your lover (that could be included) but main point is with people other than your lover. Mostly we do like to open up to our lovers and want to be physically affectionate.
