Instant Connects

Hey guys, I'm a sucker for instant connections. So want to share some of mine and hear yours. Post your and their placements and a little info on your connection; I want to see if there are any patterns.

Here are my recent ones:

1) Made a new friend and looks like it'll be a good one.

Him:Cap, Libra Moon, Cap Merc, Scorpio Venus, Gem Mars

Me: Cap, Libra Moon, Aqua Merc, Aqua Venus, Sag Mars

It's non stop eye rolls and making fun of each other. It's one of those friendships where you can call each other out and not be offended. I was like I'm so happy you have thick skin so I can make fun of you. I just don't like his communication style sometimes; it's very indirect. It's like spinning a wheel. We do get some tension when sensitive subjects are brought up and we don't know how to be considerate enough to stop joking. It's weird. Best part I make him laugh non-stop and he's complimented my sense of humor many times which is an amazing compliment to get.

Memorable moment: I saw one of his Christmas cards with a money holder and asked if he actually received the money because I wanted to make sure he got the money and the person didn't just give him a money holder card but without the money. He found that something to laugh at for days. Apparently it's not normal to look out for your friends to make sure they received all the things they were supposed to. His favorite phrase to me is "I hate you". lol.

2) Another co-worker with whom i instantly became friends with. We share resources and try to help each other at work.

Him: Libra, Sag Moon, Scorpio Merc, Libra Venus, Virgo Mars

Me: Cap, Libra Moon, Aqua Merc, Aqua Venus, Sag Mars

He's open with his personal info and has many hobbies. He said he married his best friend which is admirable too.

Memorable moment: One time at dinner he gave me his phone unlocked and said go ahead you can go through anything. "Even your messages?" "Yep". I've never met someone who was as much of an open.

That'd be fun.

I made an instant connection with a Gemini guy almost 1.5 years back. We just clicked. He is a lot like me when I was very young even though we are almost the same age. We have a lot of fun together.

I also made an instant connection with an older Leo male a couple of years back. He is like a friend cum guide. We can talk on anything under the sun and we never get bored of each other.

And I recently met a female Cap and it was one of the best connections I ever had. It's like we get each other completely. Though we haven't met in a long time but it feels great being near her.

Instant connections never last. I had one 3 weeks ago with Gemini sun -Virgo moon, venus/mars-cancer guy, it was something unexpected, like wow. Didn't last long

We were talking for almost 24 hours lol, conversations were amazing, would never get tired exploring new ideas and views together. Then again something happened and it ended altogether. Part of my fault I guess, he didn't help the situation either. That is it

You got my merc wrong 😎 Its cap, not leo.

But I'm sure you mean his libra moon being square to my cap moon. Our thinking and perceiving is a like but the difference is that he is a tad more romantic than me. Hard facts are my type of romance lol him being a cap sun also enjoys cold hard facts but with a little more rosey glasses from time to time.

Newest connection:

Me: Virgo sun, Aries Moon and Mars, Cancer Venus

Her: Cap sun, Cancer Moon and Mars, Pisces Venus

I met her through common friends on the new year's trip abroad. They weren't sure if she was joining so I was sitting in the room I was supposed to share with this stranger while reading a book. When suddenly, Sadness walked in. By that I mean a very familliar type of sadness when I met her. The way she processes her emotions is eerily simillar to me (I assume the moon-mars conjunction and the water venus). We'd spend time talking in the dark past our bed time and she told me her relationship with a guy had ended just 2 days before and she wanted to escape Bucharest for a week. Her mother kept calling her to ask her if she found a place to move in since they used to live together and she told her she'll deal when she comes back. That was me with my Cap ex..within a week of him moving out I went to Rome to cleanse my mind.

Maybe it helped that I am in one of my introvert phases and wasn't keen on spending time with the full group either but we went out together and it's rare for me to walk next to someone and not say a word and feel at peace. Usually silence and me don't mix well due to some patterns in childhood..but I could do this with her and still feel her close.

I've been trying with varying degrees of success to add female friends into my life so I'm excited I got to meet her.
