Yes. I've had such issues with a Cap guy, too. And if you confront them, they'd say that they don't see anything wrong with it at all or you'll be made to feel as though you're annoying them or disturbing them! It would definitely be difficult to do, if you're an open, cheerful, extroverted person like me, but please do your best to stay away. Engage yourself in other activities. They seem to show interest only when you're not there!
