For Sushi Lovers

What is your favorite type of sushi?

Raw salmon is my first love, as opposed to baked salmon or salmon skin. Both baked salmon and salmon skin rolls are fine, though I prefer baked salmon over salmon skin. Raw salmon, such as salmon nigiri is just fantastic.

That being said, I have real problem when it comes to Philadelphia rolls. No avocado...no cucumber...just salmon on cream cheese action...surrounded by sesame seeds....truly glorious...

I love sushi. I'll eat anything unless it is too spicy. I dont like wasabi and I cant stand ginger though...

But raw fish is the shit. I belong on an island. I'm very passionate about raw fish, coconut, avocados, and mangos.

Still have yet to try fish eggs.

OMG! I eat all the wasabi and ginger!!! ? That moment when it's REALLY good wasabi and you don't realize it and use too much and it goes right up your nose and makes you cry ?

the first pic is sashimi. not sushi. the second pic is sushi. i dont like so much rice with mine, so i usually eat the raw fish.

Yeah if I remember correctly, the first pic is technically salmon nigiri, which is delicious. Sashimi comes without rice. I was just to lazy/hungry to clarify.

When I lived in Miami, my friends and I would go to a small sushi place and order a love boat. So good, I want some now.

So my secret favorite (aside from salmon of course), is lobser. A solid lobster roll always makes me happy.

How do you feel about sushi rolls with small fish eggs? I love those, when they pop in your mouth and you can taste the salt water lol

Masago? Yep! In fact the lobster roll at one of my favorite sushi restaurants comes with it.

Avocado roll anything vegetarian.. I love tempura. I and seaweed salad. Mmmmmm

I love to eat sushi. But sadly in my area there is no restaurant which prepares amazing sushi.
