What foods are guilty pleasures for you? Hold nothing back, even if it's gross. What foods hits you juuuuust right.

I think at the top of the list is white cheddar popcorn. Pretty sure many of you know the one I'm referring to in the black bag. Doesn't matter the size of the bag, I'll eat the whole thing lickity split with zero remorse. I also have an odd love affair with cheese (sharp cheddar in particular), but cream cheese in particular on a croissant is the best....Then there's bacon. I love it solo, around a hot dog, around a filet, it's just the best...

I ate some cheddar popcorn the other day from Costco I think. I couldn't stop.

Slightly overdone lasagna with burnt crisp edges

Wheaties cereal
YUP. You're absolutely RIGHT! I will sometimes toast my lasagna pasta before I make it to give it that toasted tasted. Then I'll let it cook until the cheese gets a healthy toasty brown color. Those crispy cheesy edges are wonderful

Flavored chicken wings. I absolutely love them, like to the point I get excited. I really enjoy trying different types. They are obviously super unhealthy though, so i make it only on occasion.

Also Taco Bell quesadillas. Those fast food place put meth in their food I swear.
Yeeees. I was going to say wings...but it's less of a guilty pleasure and more of a favorite food. I'll typically make my own along with my own Ranch dressing for dipping....the best.

The scary part is that he has cooked them under pressure in just 2 hours and a half. And all those are first try attempts.

The entrée for instance is a plankton foam, smoked scallop sashimi with a cocoa beans crumble - salt less because ingredients where perfectly balanced already. Second is a waguy tartare, crunchy spelt, urchin pulp with a shiso air... Main course are ravioli filled with a gelified udon sauce, pork shoulder, bok choy, placed on a sweet and sour kumquat chutney with chives. Second course is a black cod in oliocottura (with a crispy skin) on a corn cream base, burnt Peruvian corns and salmon eggs.

18 years old, how do you even come up with the idea of using plankton in a dish that leaves in awe.

Right now I'm having an home-made ricotta pie loaded with choccolate chips. You have no idea how good it tastes.

18 is still decent . Have you seen a show Man Vs Child ? There you have kids cooking and competing with professional chefs .

Typically 2-3 hrs is ideal time to cook a 2-3 even 4 course meal but then you need to be well trained, good with your culinary skills , good at the craft instinctively as well as should have had good exposure to all kind of cuisines .

Food is art that speaks to your senses .

Peanut butter banana pancakes—

Chicken and waffles—?

Got to have bomb extra hot coffee. Ummmmm so good. Dark. Hot. Coffee. Down my throat.

Aye
I can honestly say that I've never had a sensation initiate in my loins due the activity in my stomach, but I've had this sentiment expressed to me when I've cooked for others before. Also Lays chips makes a Chickcen & Waffle flavor. It's...exactly what you'd expect.

Meat. There is a part of me that wants to stop eating meat. And I do have my nonmeat days. Its just thinking about it, like I just dont want to...its hard to deal with the where it comes from thing. I feel like more peaceful and clearer with the concept of not eating meat. I have cut out beef. And shellfish for the most part. To make up for beef, I substituted the occasional pork. Those ribs...but its something Im constantly monitoring and trying to reduce/cut down. There are those days I dont eat any meat. I know numerous vegetarians. I think maybe when I get more situated and can cook more I can make more adjustments but now I eat fast food due to life style and sometimes all there is is chicken places since I dont eat beef. And Im like "I really dont want to be eating this right now".
What about fish?

Deep fried broccoli, broccoli stir fried, blackpepper sauced broccoli, anything broccoli. Friends say liking broccoli isn't normal. Oh come on broccoli is good.
Broccoli is AMAZING!

Speaking of which, I know too many adults who "hate vegetables," and it makes me that much more thankful that my parents encouraged me to love them. I plan to pass that on to my future children - it's so important.

Agreed. Consider the health benefits you get.

Vegetables are good for your skin too 🙂
