Having said that, I think I agree with this thread though. The defamatory post is gone so Dazed should be allowed to come back.

Yeah that's sad we got so many bullies on this site. And what's even more sadder is that some of these people don't even trust me. I can't count with both my hands how many times some of these users posted their feet to me and I never once saved them to my phone. Never. And we all know that's my weak spot.

The Pisces deleted the picture. Dazed didn't take it off another site, he took it from her own dxp profile photos, of the photos she herself made public for all on dxp to see.
Apparently the ban was because "personal and private information" was made public. So explain how is there a breach of privacy if the owner of that "information" had already made it public?

The one on the frontpage? I read it. I think it was well-intended but undiplomatic. I feel like re-sharing another person’s photo is worse for me as it’s an invasion of one’s privacy in a way that attracts ridicule from the public.

I totally agree with this.
That’s why I wanted to post a picture of my body where my progress is visible (well-defined pecs and abs) but because I was precisely a victim of this, I dare not do it.
I can send the photos privately but PMs aint working so I don’t want to go through the hassle.

To ban him for reposting a public photo shared on the open comment section is deemed the same as reposting a meme or gif. You essentially give up your privacy to the photo once it’s posted.

She deleted it, and in doing so, the link he used stopped working so the image link no longer works, so his posted image is automatically removed as well.

The Pisces deleted the picture. Dazed didn't take it off another site, he took it from her own dxp profile photos, of the photos she herself made public for all on dxp to see.
Apparently the ban was because "personal and private information" was made public. So explain how is there a breach of privacy if the owner of that "information" had already made it public?
Why are you so blind to see that he posted her picture without her consent whether or not she herself made it public for all on dxp to see? Y'all always sticking up for bullies. That doesn't give him any rights to post someone else's picture point blank. Screw what's been said about him. He didn't have to take that a step further by posting her picture.

Honestly I can no longer remember what I quoted ram for after 30 long days. Or why I jumped on her for. So I can't say for sure if she's a kiss ass unless I reread this entire thread which I don't feel like doing. As far as I can tell you the only person who I know would be a kiss ass to dazed would be phantom.

My opinion about this is that it's really wrong to re-share another person's picture, especially if there's an added word or sentence shaming that person. That in itself is considered libelous or defamatory. It doesn't matter if it was deleted later on.
As for your sharing your pictures, nobody or nothing should prevent you from being "open" to other people on the net... especially when we just want to socialize or meet new people from other parts of the world. There's nothing wrong in this act... so the blame should not be put to the person who shared their photo but to the person who used the said photo to besmirch the other person's reputation.
