I am currently in the process of moving and thought it would be fun to say how each Zodiac sign moves.

Aries- Throws things in random boxes and will sort it out later.

Taurus- Worries more about the little stuff than the big stuff. Has it all planned in their head.

Gemini- Nevers seems to finish unpacking. Leaves stuff behind and ends up making friends with the new owners until the new owners start having drama. Makes a long Facebook post how they need to cut out the toxic people in their lives. To think they slept with them.

Cancer- Invites a friend over to help. They end up drinking wine and talking about old times. Gets really sentimental.

Leo- Invites people over to help, but hires movers anyways just to show they can afford them.

Virgo- Avoids packing all week and then pulls an all-nighter the night before to pack everything. Somehow it all comes together.

Libra- Turns moving into a social event. Ends up getting others to do the heavy lifting.

Scorpio- Will remember who helped/offered to help and who made poor excuses. Just do as they say.

Sagittarius- Chaos. Starts packing the kitchen, but the phone rang and they talked for thirty minutes. Decided to move to the bedroom closet, but rationalized they need their clothes for the next week. Doesn't want to throw anything away. Ends up throwing random things in boxes day of, which pisses off the people there to help.

Capricorn- Clipboard? Check. Itinerary? Check. Everything loaded and ready to go Thursday night so they can relax the night before? Check.

Aquarius- Decides it is a great time to start being a minimalist. Makes good money selling all their junk.

Pisces- Finds her high school yearbook. Ends up crying because she is not as young or pretty as she was. Ends up crying because she is overwhelmed by moving. Ends up crying because she is going to miss this place. Her Virgo husband ends up doing all the work.

I just recently moved and packed up my kitchen and bedrooms only. I threw everything else out and rebought it in my new place.

Didn't even buy boxes because I don't like how flimsy they are. Everything was stored in plastic totes. What didn't get hung up is still stacked in the totes 😄

Easy Peasy

Hi Pisces here that has moved 10xs in the last 6/7 yrs.

I am an expert at this.

Step one is pack up all the non essentials a good 1-2weeks before your move date. This also gives you the opportunity to sort through things and create a goodwill pile.

Always overlap your rentals by at least 1 week, I've always done 2-3 weekends at least. When you get the keys for the new place bring cleaning supplies and do a deep clean right then and there.

You won't need all that many boxes, just what fills up your vehicle as I am a big believer in unpacking right away. So each round of moving you unpack and then take the boxes back for the next round.

First weekend = small stuff/boxed unessential's. Also bring a blow up mattress so you can crash at both places if needed.

2nd weekend = furniture move... bring the friends with trucks to help you move all the big stuff you can't handle alone. Since new place is already clean you can setup everything right away.

3rd weekend = deep clean on the old place and walk thru with landlord and get his signature before you go. Deposit is gonna be secured no matter what!

This method has served me well because during the week I am too slammed with work to take time off and move. Also fairly fragile when it comes to my living space and need a peaceful clean environment to be productive. So having some extra time keeps the pressure off and allows for an easier transition.

Cap energy don't lie lmao

Forgot to add! Hack for moving clothes, keep them on the hanger and take trash bags, poke a hole in the bottom for the hanger hooks and tie bag below the clothes. Transport like this and hang directly in the closet. Skip the carboard boxes for clothes, its a scam.

😂😂As a Libra who has moved several times in his life I can tell ya that is wrong. I did my moving with the help of one other person. Plus I worked as a furniture delivery guy before. We built different in the South💪🤘

Seen it happen. I was the one that had to do all the work for the Sagittarius, who couldn't stay on task.

In reference to OP’s descriptions, I’m an Aqua ♒️ but packs a bit more like the Sag description(some of it)

1st-I’d schedule a date to get a moving truck, with plans for move myself bc I refuse to pay convenience and for most things (movers) I can do myself, and I’m frugal 🙃

2nd- I’d think about who to ask to help me move. Now I hate to ask for help, but will ask my closest friends and whoever I might be dating at the time.

3rd- I’d procrastinate with packing, waiting until the absolute last minute, then be pissed 😡 at myself for waiting until the last minute. I’d be anxious at this point bc I have to rush (I hate having to rush), and swear that I’d never wait til last minute again, only to repeat 🔂 the same thing the next time around 😂

*while packing I will get distracted, texting 💬, looking up stuff online, move from one unfinished task to the next … like OPs Sag description 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

I will swear on my life that next move will be diff, and next move, it’s the exact same as before

I keep asking Jesus to fix me but he doesn’t listen, so I’ll accept anyone else asking for me 😂

😂😂As a Libra who has moved several times in his life I can tell ya that is wrong. I did my moving with the help of one other person. Plus I worked as a furniture delivery guy before. We built different in the South💪🤘

This. I literally took all my boxes up to the 3rd floor on my own, car load by car load. I would unpack that night and then load up my car with my labeled boxes and unpack them that night. It took me a couple of days but I did it, I only asked for help for the really big furniture and I was the one who helped lift them. I don’t know if it’s a southern thing or an I’m a Libra and don’t like to bother other people thing. But it was not a social event and I did the heavy lifting. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

However, I can confirm that my Sag husband drove me nuts during our first move. When we moved to a bigger house after that, I told him I’d pack everything and label it and he just needed to call the moving company, because even seeing him load up a car was crazy. 😂 I couldn’t deal with it. Our marriage is in tack due to a moving company. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah, Pisces are good at performing and getting other people to do things for them.
