man last night was weird..... went out with my girls. We went to an exclusive club in LA. not saying

Which one for privacy concerns. It was nice private 20th floor. Beautiful view.

I wore a modest outfit.

Pencil skirt, pink chiffon blouse, and crocs(wedges)lol.

Your not going to believe how many guys came up to me. I mean I wore crocs lol

I dismissed everyone of them.

I literally did a go away move with my hand almost every guy that came up to me.

I noticed a security guard was following the area near us.

but I was drinking so I'm probably just a bit paranoid and that's just his job

My girlfriend pointed out the security guard following us.

but we weren't causing a stir, we're just chill.

2 hrs. He disappeared and appeared out of nowhere.

This motherfucker was staring us down.

specifically me. I'm like wtf?

I felt so uncomfortable I didn't want to dance anymore.

It's weird because I wasn't acting out.

I did the norm.

Go to bar.

get drink.

back to the dance floor just like everyone else.

has this happened to anyone?

Yep. A random guy walked by me at a club in LA and made out with my face. I didn't kiss him back! He wasn't ugly, but hello who walks by a girl and kisses them?? Awkward...

Are you familiar with the clubs in Hollywood?? I went to one when I was so totally wasted and I can't remember the name of it. I only have one picture and you can't see much except the seating and the wall! I wish I knew which one it was because I had fun memories there!

It was the crocs. Security was concerned about the fashion crime being committed.

I joke....I'm sure you looked gorgeous. Maybe most of the people were regulars and he was watching because you didn't look familiar.

Quite possibly. The older I get, the more I hate going out at night. There are just too many creeps out there. I have my little corner bar/coffee shop that I go to and play darts or cards. It is casual and laid back.

From what I've noticed, it seems as if places like this south of Hollywood are filled with creepers and weirdos in these settings.

LA is a hole anyway. Why anyone would go to there to club is such a newb bitch thing to do. I don't know many who go to LA to go clubbing. Usually it's the Hollywood area, Pasadena, etc tbh.

My friend did his shows in Hollywood for years, but recently switched out to Long Beach, of all places. ...I was surprised at how BIG of a difference the crowds were. So much gross trash showed up. I'd never seen such behavior at any of his shows in Hollywood. People were there for a show and a good time. Now, it was people bar crawling, using the shows to make out and practically fuck. The security guard had to kick a few people out because nobody wanted to see dude finger banging his chick in the audience.

I wonder if the OP is aware that this "exclusive" thing she went to was likely hosted as a means for guys to get laid?

^ Was it really LA proper tho? Where I live, people say LA to refer to anywhere in Southern California, esp in any of the beach towns.

I'm wondering the same thing too.

"LA" encompasses the entire region between Hollywood, Long Beach, and Orange County, despite there being Westwood, Encino, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hawthorne, etc. They all get swept into the "LA" description.

But I think even LA knows what a shit hole it is. It's why it tries to snake its way into surrounding areas. It's why there was such an uproar over the Angels tacking on LA to their name when they're located in Orange County. It's like wtf, you took over local airports and businesses, and now want in on sports teams? Go fuck yourselves.
