No it doesn't. Need a public LEWDNESS charge ....that is a public indecency charge. There would have to be other acts of lewdness involved for someone to be charged with lewdness for public urination. I remember the lecturer telling us this. It's not gonna happen.

There was a case of a girl taking her boyfriend's phone to take one of herself. It wasnt distributed. He was found guilty and required to take classes and register for 10 years. Even if a state has adopted some sort of romeo and juliet law, there are still ramifications. Those laws allow for less strict punishments, i.e. records can be expunged after completing 5 years probation. But they are still punished.

I have real life experience helping my friend get several cases expunged from her record. Her crime: sexual soliciting. And guess what, she’s on the list. Is she a sexual predator? No. But still she’s on the list.
Point being, plenty of people on the list for crimes that have nothing to do with minors.

Crimes are listed on the registry. And depending on the state it’s possible to get removed from the registry after 5-10 years for minor offenses. Just gotta fill out the paperwork, do a life scan, and pay the fees.

I was even able to find out the crime, the sex, and the age of the children. I have two children and discovered that my son was most at risk...at the age of 14 than my 6 yo. daughter.
I did my research when moving to Florida and being warned by co-workers, constant amber alerts, and shocking news stories.
