A year is a long time ... if he were interested in you more than just a close buddy then something would have happened by now.
A guy isn't going to wait around for this long for you to work out your issues .. especially a Pisces. You had said that you don't get to see him other than when friends are around .. so this means he isn't caring to be alone with you to even discuss a relationship.
If he isn't making any kinds of efforts for you and him to have alone time to even see if there is a possibility of a relationship ... then he isn't into you the way you have decided you want him to be.
My first assessment stands .... he isn't the kind of person you are envisioning him to be. You have something in your mind, because you have chosen him .. and he isn't that person that you have in your head ... because if he was, then he would have made it clear to you that he's interested in you.
He's not.
Of course, you can listen to the others if you choose (who are leading you astray, btw) .... they would tell you to just be bold and put yourself out there without caution.

Totally agree...I hope for the best but I fear it's not what sweets has built it up to be but for the most part I hope she will consider getting on with her life and leave her thoughts open for men that truly show a deep interest in her, something more reciprocal and constant.

If he ignored it, then he was a chickenshit and avoiding answering. Pisces are sex fiends.. every single one I've ever known. I'm sure there's exceptions, some traumatized Pisces gal who just LOATHES sex.. but I haven't met one personally. Even the ones with.. erm... a history... they still love sex, throw themselves body, heart, and soul into lovemaking. We don't get "tired" of having sex, it doesn't get "old" (cuz we won't let it!), and we don't necessarily need a new partner to rev it up again... though if the sex starts sucking hardcore (if say, the partner is a Gemini or Sag who could take or leave sex).. sex IS important enough to us that not having a good sex life is a truly horrifying thought... and if our best efforts to pump life back into our dying/dead sex life fail.. erm, yeah.. we're much more likely to swim away.
