Meeting His Family...I Think

SoooOOooOo Saturday I'm supposed to be meeting my Pisces Soulmate's family at his sisters big birthday party. (Fun fact: my Mom and sister were both at last year's party but didn't know she was his sister. Weird 6 degrees of seperation. Our sisters work together). Anyway, our sister's have been discussing us at work...plotting to rush us into happily ever after lol. I found out he's been showing my pictures to anyone who would look but his family is somehow under the impression I haven't wanted to meet them. I haven't been pushing the issue but I'm certainly not against it. We've been friendly for almost 4 years now, so I do understand there may be some curiosity lol. He seems apprehensive in some way even about committing to going to the party (although we had previously planned on going to see the Mayweather/McGregor fight).

I'm not sure why he hasn't been more assertive about me meeting his family. Any possible insights? If he's showing me off he must have some sense of pride. Idk he doesn't seem the type to worry they'll embarrass him...

So he doesn't have a problem showing you off around.......but he doesn't want you to meet THEM? That's the sense I'm getting.

My family are not in my life at all, and my boy is aware of that so he hasn't asked to meet them. But your guy is still getting along with them, so why hasn't he offered to properly introduce you yet?

Oh nothing much.......just ambushing me with his entire family walking drag as he outed us to everyone there. And his godamn Cap sister asked us to PROVE IT. Always had her pegged as a nun.......not anymore she's not.

After I repeatedly refused to make a scene, he proceeded to grab the hair on the back of my head and pull me in for one of the longest kisses of my life. And they were just fine with it. His brothers were hollering while the girls screamed and cheered. His mom was in hysterics. That was only the beginning of my plight, as it turned out.

Lol I was actually on the phone with Pisces. I have no idea why he hasn't made a move to properly introduce us. He even said tonight he isn't sure about the party and just then told me it is a "white party" of course I own no white outfits lol. He said he isn't wearing white because he just doesn't like it. I'm sure we'll go to the party regardless and their curiosity will be satisfied. He's very reassuring about how they will receive me, but still no definite yes that we're going. I'm restless with anxiety already. Maybe he can feel my uneasiness.

He's the youngest of 5, all sisters. He's said to be a black sheep yet he's stayed in his hometown to care for his elderly mother since his father's death.

Me and my Pisces have only been dating for 6 months I already met his mom, dad, siblings, best friends, cousins, bosses we haven't had an in depth conversation regarding marriage yet either. Personally, I think it's more about trust then anything else. When they open up they trust you.

He and I have the exact same level of ambiguity and we're both more passive. I don't mind meeting his family but as long as I've got him I'm 100% happy so I've never pushed it. Likewise for him. He's no secret from my family but there's no push to meet them. My younger brother met him but that was because my brother insisted lol. The only reason we're going to the party is because his sister is insisting. I wouldn't say we're introverted, but we are solitary.

We've discussed marriage and children, even purchasing a home together when I move to the country to be closer to him within a year or so. He's looking at the real estate getting an idea of what he wants and I've certainly got to get out there to get a lay of the land.

Never insisted, really didn't care or think about it. Just happened out the blue.

I've been to his parents house several times on different occasions. Once to drop something off to his mom. Another for a cook out and then his sister's bday.

This is just pure speculation....

I don't think it's anything to really be concerned about.

I do believe that he's crazy about you, however, I believe his sibilings are trying to push their baby brother into marriage territory with you prematurely.

I get it, lol.

All of his siblings are girls,and he is the youngest boy.

Probably 'baby' him or quite protective of him.

This may leave him feeling a little apprehensive about introducing you to his family.

I think he wants to make sure that he is 100% certain about you before they jump the gun.

He may not want too 'jinx' it.

Go to the party...and have a blast!

What I noticed with my Pisces is that things just happen out the blue. Nothing is pre pre planned. He is more spontaneous than me and I'm Aries. If I'm with him he just takes me along. He doesn't think about the outcome. It's like he's just taking his best bud with him. I don't think they think too hard about it.

Maybe in your case, the opportunity never presented itself.

We didn't go to the party. Everyone really did wear all white so we would've looked out of place. He didn't seemed concerned in the least. It'll happen eventually.
