It sure does.

Last night, I got dressed and thought the Sea-Goat and I were going out to get foodz. Then something came up, and there was a possibility of cancelling. I could feel tears welling up in my eyes and I was like, "But I'm hungry! All I had today was a peach, dark chocolate, and vegan marsh mellows!"

He just looked at me and said, "You can't use that tone with me. Change your tone."

After a bit, I apologized and he just looked at me intently. He then figured something out so that we could stick to our original plan. We got foodz. We were happy. The evening ended great. I woke up the next morning (today) and my period had started.

Everything made sense.

Food, sex, and the kind of cuddles where his warm hand gently rests on the bloaty belly - women are simple creatures during our periods. 😆

And, yes, he does. Sometimes, I close my eyes when he speaks just so that I could take in his voice. I have kept all of his voicemail messages, too. Super corny, I know, but I think love - out of all things - should be encouraged to be corny. *^___^*
