Yes it's his old phone with a password on it now he didn't have before
I also found condoms in his drawer that weren't there before and he daid they were old but I've dug through that drawer for a year and never seen them

Look up on Amazon something called a "Tile" it's a small gps fob that you can place anywhere and then record its gps location.Slip it in his car somewhere and record his location to see if he's visiting someplace he shouldn't be.
That's if you reaaaaaallllly want to find out lol.
If you're wrong however then you'll have to fess up to it and maybe talk about those trust issues. I wouldn't blame you honestly. Mysterious condoms and dead phones in his car. Naw

I remember I broke up with my ex and drove a 2 hour drive in 45 mins to get a phone I gave him... he left it in the mailbox...cause I wasn gonna whoop his ass. I had a hunch and I acted on it and he knew. he put a passcode on it... it's an iPhone so no sim issue BUT... I was determine to get in that bitch.... I was sooo angry I couldn't... it kept going off and I could only answer calls (which by them he told his females to stop calling so what I did?)
For a few days I turned it off pulled myself together and got to thinking and collected my thoughts.. I found the damn password and braced myself! I can't believe to this day I knew the code by just thinking and collecting myself! What I found broke me so badly I almost tried to kill myself... the first time I ever got cheated on and opened my eyes for the rest of my life. I say this to say...
Collect yourself... come up with a plan... the one above who said to remove the condoms I agree... look for that damn sim!! (It may be in the new phone).
And collect and brace yourself for what you'll find... when you find it... collect yourself again before uttering a word... do this from a place of calm and everything will come to the surface...

when people have two cell phones or one phone but two sim cards is because one is for private matter and the other for work-related stuff, private enough to warrant a different phone, maybe one that cant be traced but with which one could run his business. also, drug dealer phones are cheap so they can be replaced easily - is your bf's phone cheap? is it a man's phone? woman's? where the sim? did you look for it?
but the condoms thing is a bit more alarming if you ask me - unless you use condoms often

You shouldn’t have called him out tho. You didn’t gather enough evidence and prematurely showed your hand, hoping he would confess out of guilt. Now he will just be extra careful.
