What Is Sleep Groping and Why Does It Happen

Sleep groping is involuntary physical movement or touching during sleep, often linked to sleep disorders or vivid dreams. It can occur without conscious awareness and is usually harmless but may indicate underlying sleep issues. Understanding sleep groping involves examining sleep cycles and potential neurological factors.

I actually sleep grope and hump. No lie. A couple of times I actually woke up to me having sex with a gf which she was all down for, but as soon as I woke up, I realized how tired I was and tried to go back to sleep, but she got angry and made me finish. Another time, I was actually head down between her legs putting in work and same thing. I woke up and felt exhausted and tried to go back to sleep, but I was forced to finish again. I think I was tired because both times I woke up during the REM stage. She probably flinched or made some noise and broke my sleep. I kind of got worried about why I do this and watched a YouTube video that explained it. Guess it's kinda normal, it's like sleep walking except your being perverted.

Omg ?"Realized I was tired and tried to go back to sleep"

And as long as I ignore him he'll go right back to sleep

Sometimes falls back asleep with a boob still in hand

It's so bizarre

Be happy, dorky! As long as he doesn't call you by another name - happy times!

You aren't a romantic type are you? Same here...?

If I woke up and found out i had groped someone sexually in my sleep i would A) want to cut my hand off.

B) feel so guilty i would need to be put under sucide watch

C) do ANYTHING in my power to make sure it never happened again

D) DO ANYTHING to make the victim ok.

If sleep sexual assault is a thing....i think those men need to be 'WOKE'

It's not ok. It's very wrong.
