Celibacy. Who's done it and why?

Well I've been celibate for nearly a year now, by choice. No sex of any sort, no toys/masturbation... I did it for a couple of reasons, and am not sorry that I chose it. Who else has done this? What was your reason for it and how long did you go?

I'm starting to find myself wanting to indulge in sexual pleasure again, but I'm still very, on the fence about it.

God no not with a Mars sagittarius I feel like I'm dying lol. I give you a high five for a job well done.

I have the worst chart to be celibate - mars in Leo with pluto and uranus, and venus in Taurus squared. And all of this in water houses - eros in Scorpio. When 13, I said to myself someday I will completely rise above the sex impulse. Why? think I was some sort of Yogi in my past lives.

This was my last earthly mountain to climb (yes I have some Cap placements).

I think this was the lifetime for my soul to master this area. Enlightenment is the goal (Jupiter- in 9th conjunct Saturn 8/9 cusp, focus point Yod). In my early 30's I got a Guru and learned meditation techniques which slowly began moving my internal energy subtly away from the lower centers to higher centers. Much work later, I have gained the freedom I so long ago sought - it took a while but I'm free, and no longer a slave. Truly a miracle!

Ok. Before I retired to bed...for all of you idiots!!! Those who celibate are those who don’t have anyone who want to fuck them! End of story!

I did once, in high school, wanted to concentrate on my grades and stuff, them after a week a weet dream came (Lmao) and idk why but my soft parts got all sore and irritated the whole day. I said NEVER AGAIN

Been celibate for a year now. I've tried dating but the older I get, the more impatient I become. I can't deal with all the crap some men try to pull these days but won't have meaningless sex either.

I could never, seems fun for others, but I wouldn't survive.

I'm not celibate, but I don't masturbate.

Saves sexual energy that could be used for sex or a big competition, a fight, or trying to accomplish something physical.

I don't like the guilt following masturbation or the feeling of being watched.. Having porn in my browser history.. Being caught..

Not masturbating saves stress. Stress of being caught in the act, somebody finding out what kind of porn you like, and germs touching your genitals, having the stanky hand.. Fuck it.

Venus and Mars are about sex. Having Aries, Scorpio, Libra and Taurus energy is a sign of sexual radiation.. Especially the Rahu/North node being in these signs.

I learned that my Rahu is in Libra, and my Venus and Mars is conjuncted..

I'm saving my sexual energy.

My bouts of celibacy aren’t planned but I kinda have a low sex drive and can’t be bothered in between bf’s. Also don’t enjoy casual sex anymore not that I ever did but I know myself now. It’s been a year for me now but I’ve gone longer, longest was 2.5 years.

I'm considering this for this reason. It's painful. I don't think I'm ready. I need to fully move on first. I am trying but I'm not there yet.
