Haha that’s what we did with my son! But no headphones just on the stereo. He’s now 23.. mostly was calming, slowing him down when he was a toddler. He was super hyperactive & is ADHD.

Actually the opposite is true. If you are boiling inside it can feel like a relief to listen to the music because its

like you talked about your emotion, its tangible and not inside yourself anymore.

Distraction and lack of motivation a big problem, but impulsiveness & hyperactivity are under control. He’s refused to take meds since he was 15. I don’t blame him but the distraction is a big issue.

Sounds like a strong man. Did you study his chart when he was a baby? I did with our lad and it made things easier to understand ... he's a 6th house dominant Scorpio...!!
