Wow, virgos have a lot of ocd quirks! lol

Me:
-I sit lotus or semi lotus or some sort of cross legged, even in chairs.
-I prefer to sit or lay on the floor.
-I enjoy organized chaos, things have their place but I tend to not keep them tidy at all times, so the papers pile up in the drawer, or the laundry that needs to be folded might pile on a chair in my bedroom, but my junk draw and other storage areas are pretty organized, and DON"T mess them up!
-I love the smell of horses and hay!!
-I stick the tip of my tongue out when concentrating.
-I whistle or sing to myself.
-I can't stand using pastels and charcoal because of the scratchy sound/feel they make on paper. ~shudders~
-Insects, reptiles and heights don't bother me.
-I don't get motion sick.
-I hate shopping.
-I hate doing dishes, but love to cook.
-I have a way of folding my towels in half, then in half and then in thirds and it bugs the shit out of me if anyone folds them differently than that.
-I hog the bed and pillows, always have, and I don't stay in one spot/position.
-I love to snuggle/cuddle with my partner when sleeping.
-I'm a night owl and it's even worse on a full moon.
-I like my rooms on the cool side (most think it's too cold).
-I hate that blunt feel right after trimming my nails.
-I cluck at cars, my kids, the dogs, etc just like I do my horses.
-I'm a magnet for anything that sucks blood.

When there's a piece of cake, I'll have a small slice. If the cake ends up uneven because of my butchery skills, ill keep taking slices until its perfect and blame my binge on perfectionism.

A quirk I often found in both the Virgals and Virgent that I have known - Road Rage.

By heavens god, when you lot stew whilst stuck in traffic or other roadside incidents, the resulting rage that erupts afterwards is borderline terrifying at times (this is often determined by how terrible the road conditions were).

my last ex was virgo dominant and he loved fast cars, and fast driving, but he had a cool demeanour and keeps his anger under wraps. Never out of control which was very very nice.

my husband doesn't get pissed off at traffic, i notice, hes also very cool, collected, and the other week we were driving home at night and this guy in front of us came from the side and WHIZZED and did so many ILLEGAL moves on the road, he could have had other people killed with that stupidity.
we both didnt get angry...we just stared agape....like what kind of idiot does that?? and we were more like taking a deep breath at how close we could have gotten in an accident.

the guy was speeding at a ridiculous amount and nearly hit the back end of the huge trucker's truck. One of those Big Rigs.

people should not be driving on the road so illegally.

hmmm i can see this kind of open expressive upset but not rage, with double virgo father in law, he has stellium in Scorpio.
he gets cray over football games too!! and other sports he watches. He screams and yells out!! very very passionate about the games.

Oh yes lisabeth, I am quite sure. Their version of rage is not so much that they suddenly violently break everything in sight. It is more so the kind of rage, that is an internal mental/emotional volcanic surge. When you are around them in this state, you are not sure if they would verbally tear you a part or anyone else within the vicinity. The ones that are close to you, will even tell you, or rather forewarn you to stay away because their blood is absolutely boiling.

They are quick to rise up in their rage but they cool down rather quickly too, give it an hour or so and eventually they simmer down as long as everyone stays far away from them. Rage does not equate to recklessness, they could rage without being reckless. The rage does not express itself in their actions more so their energy, their mental state and the things they spew out verbally.

Personally, I find it both fearsome and amusing, they look half possessed as they huff and puff away.

- Scarves always bring up visions of strangulation to me. I never wear them outside.

- I can only sleep in pitch black darkness, no movement, no sound (will listen to white noise with ear buds if that's what it takes). Don't touch me while I'm asleep/hug me, don't move.

- Can't sleep with the door to the room open, can't sleep with something on me. Even at the height of heat in summer, I will need some breezy sheet to cover me.

- Cold water to wash my face, body, do dishes. Hot water for long baths/ washing clothes

- All errands / bureaucracy papers must be accomplished before 9 am. If not, my day starts out bad.

- I don't use alarm clocks. During school my sleep schedule was so good, I would go to bed at night and think of an hour to wake up and I would. Now it's more chaotic so I do set an alarm but I still wake up before it rings. Never heard one ring. And I have to wake up at :00, :15, :30, :45.

- Buses/Trains: Only seats facing the dirrection the train/buses travels, never seats with my back at it.

I'll edit and add when I remember more.

I'm scorpio, but all those apply to me except 9 am one. Oh and I also can't sit at the seat that is close to the window. I just simply hate that.

When sitting on chairs, if I'm in someone else's home I sit in the normal way (but not comfortably) unless I get permission to do otherwise (because most of the ways I prefer to sit mean my feet might touch the seating surface, which would be rude unless I clear it with them first).

A common way for me to sit when alone in my home is with my lower legs tucked underneath my thighs (so my feet are what my rear end rests on)

Overall, I don't like chairs and couches. I prefer the floor or backless benches or stools to sit on. Or I prefer to stand.

That's how I can feel too. I think that some people would likely have healthier backs if they did things our way. 🙂

I cannot sleep without a fan...could be below zero degrees still need it on

I cannot sleep with my back towards the door

I can see my keys in my purse all day and night...still have to feel them and lay eyes on them before I walk out the door

Alarms have to be set in multiples of 5

quite a few others have already been said...literally ate a beef saint Paul sandwich in even halves with a fork and knife in a circular motion saving the middle for last today lol

when i get a piece of pizza normally eat the toppings off one by one.
then i get the cheese off and hopefully it comes off in one piece and eat that
then i lick the sauce off the top of the pizza dough
and if its a thicker pizza you can split the dough and eat the hard part before you eat the soft part
and then you eat the crust, again its thicker eat the center of the crust out first.

I think one thing that we Virgo's have is Pride. Plus we are sore loser's I hate to say it but it's true.

I used to eat pizza like Astro, and still do sometimes..
So I love the darkness except after watching Sinster 1 and Insidious 1. And I work night shift my whole room is black, my ear plugs, blindfold, and dark sunglasses. Imma vampire.
I have to have no music or tv while doing homework too. Silence is golden the slightest movement or sound my adhd kicks in..
Can not sleep with socks or wear daisy dukes..I love capri or thigh skirts..

Oh yes I avoid elevators, and I take stairs if I can..
Don't touch my face or step on my shoes please.
My mom is a Virgo yes all that OCD cleaning inspections every Saturday; was the whole house. And then every night dishes and bathroom must be done. I had small brothers at the time. Lol fun times...
I had an Aquarian friend literally have his fridge and clothes items in alphabetical order. He would take the sugar out of its own bad and place it into his own.. All spices facing toward you as you open it.. He even ate his steak different than I.

If we're in a venting session, it's absolutely hilarious for people nearby. I guess that's why they like to rile us up sometimes lol. When I was young and I got angry and raged, I would see people smirking. I thought I was all out RAWWWWWR....but then when I looked at other Virgos in anger with their sarcastic remarks, it's beyond funny.

True Virgo anger...body will go stiff, glaring will intensify and I won't utter a word. If you see me like that, run.

It really is pretty amusing. The ex friend (during the last time I saw her in person and told her to stay out of my life) fumes so bad that she can hardly get a coherent sentence out. It's like she's having a verbal seizure, and she thinks she has good slams and good comebacks but they barely make sense. Of course my laughing at her only fueled her anger, which made me laugh some more, which didn't help......not that I wanted to be helpful!

I have it, 0-

It makes sense why any insect will draw blood of you, 0 blood tastes sugary to them and appetizing. My dad also has this problem.

Yeah, I've tried everything for repelling bugs: 100% deet (works the best, but not perfect), natural essential oils, various bug spray brands, eating more garlic, eating more bananas, Avon skin so soft, and the bugs still think I'm irresistible. Both of my parents are O+, and they don't get bugged by bugs as much as I do. On the plus side I've never had problems digesting meat really fast (LOVE beef and lamb!).

I like when my things at home are lined up.
I click the button to lock my car three times.
I do laundry on the same two days of the week.
Same for cleaning.
Stains make me freak out.
Also, I have a phobia of holes, such as pores etc
I knock on wood every day.
I take my shoes off before I get into anyone s place.

I share the sentiment on not being able to sleep without something over me, regardless of how hot it is. I also don't like any part of me hanging out of my bed, as CopperDove said, it makes me feel vulnerable.

I like the door to my room closed, it can't be total darkness, I often sleep with my window open so some of the light from outside comes into my room.

Not really fond of heights or tall things.

Before I begin any work, I have to be clean (so I have to shower) and my work-space has to be relatively clean as well (meaning my room and desk).

I don't like a lot of clutter, excessive furniture or anything that isn't strictly needed.

Everything I do is done either WAAAYYY ahead of time or at the very last minute, there's no inbetween

Have a hard time letting go off of things that hold memories but they also take up a lot of room so I tend to put them in a box or on the top shelf of my closet, where I don't really put anything I need to access often.

Often write down things that need to be done but I don't always look at my planner, I just remember them.

I'm quiet when I'm around people I don't know particularly well or don't really connect with in a special way but when I'm around my friends, I'm really talkative but still have a filter so I don't say anything that could be interpreted in the wrong way.

When I'm talking to someone I don't like or I feel has wronged me, I either give one word answers (and that's me being nice) and the silent treatment with a dose of attitude or full on insult them and make it sound like a joke to the point that they can't tell if I'm being serious or I'm actually joking but it stings enough.

I'm much more carefree when talking to someone I don't know well when it's over text or chat rather than in person or if I'm with a friend or two. If I'm alone, I just say what's expected/required/typical.

When I'm investigating someone, I make it a point to find out a lot of things but make sure that they don't know, meaning that I could look at someone's activities on social media and all their posts but I'll never like any of it, even accidentally. Sometimes, I'll even ask that person about the stuff I found out just so I can confirm what I found and I can refer back to it at a later time.

I like to gather a lot of information discreetly and keep it to myself until I can use for my benefit or a loved one's benefit.

I admire beauty when I see it, in a person or a thing but, this is strictly in the case of a person, that doesn't mean I'm attracted to them.

I don't like being put on the spot about most things but that doesn't mean I can't kick your ass even from there.

I can often see straight through a lie, either because of the way it's told to me or if something in the story doesn't quite add up, or just intuition.

I have a weird attraction to stationary (mainly pens and sticky notes but those are the borderline crazy obsessions).

-I have to have 3 alarms...probably due to the tornado blowing in my room lol.

-I buy two of any personal items...tooth paste, deodorant etc. The less I have to go to the store the better.

-I have to sleep on the side of the bed nearest to the door. I guess in case I have to escape?

-I hate riding with others...I prefer to drive myself that way when I wanna leave I can. IF I do ride with someone else, no matter how tired I am...I will not go to sleep. I have to pay attention to the road as well. Doesnt matter if I trust you with my life....my eyes are glued to the road.

-I live in unorganized chaos but work in organized chaos....no wonder I feel like my head is spinning lol

-I cant drink the milk after eating all the cereal. I also have to cover my cereal all the way over with milk....none of that tiny bit just to make it wet...I'm drowning mf's. (that's what she said? lol)

-I cannot eat fast....even if that means my food gets cold.

-I hate when someone touches me, wants to cuddle, is on my side of the bed when trying to sleep. If its beforehand...that doesnt bother me but when I need to sleep...get the fuck over and shut up.

-I have to turn the lights off when I leave any room...even If I've gotten all comfy, I'll huff and puff at myself and get up and turn them off.

-I have to check to make sure the stove is off before going to bed...even if I know I didnt use it that day. Oddly enough that is the only time I check it...hmmm

-I prefer no one sit in my spot on my couch...I mean I'm not going to make them move but I will be highly annoyed.

-When I go out anywhere...I'm always mentally planning my escape routes.

I know I have a lot more but thats all I can think of right now....
