I have worked at Walmart for 3 years started as a cashier and then became a customer service manager I used to play cash 3 lotto sometimes I would print tickets and pay for them during lunch since you can't play on clocks or sometimes I would wait for my wife to bring me the card so I can pay for them sometimes I forget so I would toss them Walmart did a investigation and said I wasn't paying for them and said it's considered theft I said I have paid for all my winning tickets and each ticket won was 500 and I won 3 times the rest times that I won't I paid I can't remember the times but the ones in past 30 days those the ones I won and the ones I printed I never walked out side Walmart with merchandise I printed tickets I didn't think that Walmart was hurting I apologized to the company they terminated me and the took me in handcuffs outside he let me go said he don't understand what was the point of him being there since I didn't want to talk and pretty much tell on my self and Walmart don't have enough evidence as much as they say they do I refused to talk about anything they said they have all the evidence I said perfect no need for me to talk in my defense I said I am store customer service manager I have keys to all the registers if I wanted to steal I would go there I didn't need money it was honest mistake I never took tickets home that weren't payed for this happened 25th July it's 24 th August its been a month I have not received a letter or nothing this happened in Florida what is really going to happen I know a person who stole 250,000 worth of lotto scratch off tickets an all the lotto people said was that's your employee to the gas station owner they said you bought this machine and paid us already it's up to you what will happen he said that to the gas station manager however my manager gave me discharge papers stating why I was fired I just don't know what now how long will I wait for court to respond since Walmart has turned everything in to the court so what now
