Confessed to an Aquarius Guy

Recently I confessed to an aquarius guy. This is my first time confessing my feeling to a guy.

I told him I like him and he replied he likes me too and I broke down his wall.

Before I confessed to him, I traveled more than 7000 miles away from my place to his country. I've lost contact with him for more than 7 months. We met for 3 days and it was great. We had deep connection I think.

Later on, I told him that he's one of the reasons why I visited his country. He said he had feeling for that but still he's quite surprised when I knew that I was in his country.

He said he's tried long distance relationship and it's tough.

Now I'm so confused about everything. He seems so distant and hasn't texted me yet. It's been a week since I confessed my feeling to him.

What should I do now, should I wait for him to text me first?

Why he seems so distant? Does he reject me?

I'm afraid of his reaction.

I think so too. I heard Aqua don't do well with that . They get bored easily n if u r not around, they move on To the next . I could b wrong though

I'm taurus. I know long distance is really hard to maintain. But do you think he's telling me the truth about what he feels? And why he seems so distant? He said he wants to meet me again.

You live 7,000 miles away. I don't care how much I like you if you live that far I wont take the relationship seriously.

Yes we do get bored very easily and absence does not make my heart grow fonder. I need you at least in the same city and state.

Aquarius like presence. No presence, no chance for them to develop feelings. Contrary to belief, physical presence and touch is a must.

i wouldn't even think doing an LDR let alone be in it.

Not an Aqua, just information from my own experiences.

Well first know that long distance relationships are difficult regardless of the person's zodiac sign. 7,000 miles is a loooong way. So much so that I wonder why you've subjected yourself to this. Had you ever met this person in the flesh before? That's a HUGE commitment for someone you've only spent 3 days with physically.

Likewise know that Aquarius, especially the men, communicate in their own way. You can't force an interaction with an Aquarius and they typically need A LOT of time to get to know you. They also like their space to come and go. So while communication is key, know that Aquarius may even disappear from time to time. This can either be great for an LDR or a death sentence depending on the needs of the other person (you). If you're the type of person who needs scheduled time with your mate to communicate, theeeen this probably won't work.

Also when an Aquarius likes you, there's no real question regarding their feelings for you. My guess is, this guy may be flattered (maybe even open to the idea of dating you), but he's not seriously trying to pursue you. Why? You live 7000 miles away and you've only been together for 3 days. That's a lot of effort when compared to women who are in his country.

My advice is find a man who is closer and willing to build a firm foundation with you over time.

If there is no prospect for a future together (one moving to the other's country) and the possibility to visit at least once a month, it's not worth it. The Aquarius doesn't commit in a LDR. They are not interested in such a relationship. They will eventually like to know you better if you seem interesting, even string you along for a long time, but they won't move on. My Aquarius indeed committed after approx 2 years of knowing his ex (they were living in separate countries), but they were born in the same country and after being very sure of the outcome, he moved to her place. Unfortunately, it was not meant to last and this damaged him seriously, emotionally speaking.

When he met me, he stated very clearly that he will never be interested romantically in someone that is not in the same place as his (we both live in the same foreign country), because he wants to meet his woman in person and consistently, to know her well before deciding anything. Not that he has not considered meeting women living abroad... but he gets bored easily only chatting with them, so it's not for him. Only for fun.

It was not a LDR, but some fun having someone to talk toand mess around with, most probably. Not a commitment. Actually Aquas do not commit this way. And once failed, they won't try it once more. Sex is different. You are not looking for commitment either, so have fun as much as you can. Don't mind the compatibility. None of them will choose you. They would have done so by now.

Libra, with a strong connection to an Aquarius.

It's not the number, it's the quality of the connection. Aquarians can be very shallow and very tricky. And very difficult to pin down. You still have to pin down one.

My point is, I've been surrounded by Aquarians my entire life. I honestly don't think I should be pinning down one. I much prefer they glide with me. Pinning someone down is too controlling. Its just not going to be fun.

Then go with the flow and don't ask questions. You already know the answers. They are into serious business or none at all.

Thats prob the difference between a gem and a lib lol we like to hear different opinions. We appreciate what people got to say about something because it helps us have a wider perspective on things. 🙂 good for you if you know your aqua very very well and you've got one pinned down! 🙂

if love is strong, it's possible. I know my sis was in a ldr for 2 years and ending up moving together and they are still together. she is also a taurus

Great for them but I would have ended things. I need closeness.

I met this guy when he worked in my country. However I've only met him twice before he went back to his country.

So when he told me that he likes me, he's telling me the truth?

I heard when an aquarius man likes someone they can be very distant, is it true?
