I only say it when I mean it though. I’ve only said it to 5 men in my life so far. I don’t care who says it first. Once I know I do, I say it.
This is what got me in trouble with my ex Scorpio. He knew me and the Aqua had sex and he knows I can only have sex once I love you.
He had the nerve to confront me about it and I actually had to tell him that obviously the Aqua didn’t like me like that so what does it matter if I loved him.
Then we were able to continue or weekly rendezvous lol

Yeah, I know and like him although I didn't have interacted with him that much so far.
He is a good example however why I don't understand all the hate for Libras.

Mostly me but he has. Honestly I’m not expecting anything out of this. I just want to be supportive person in his life. I’ve actually been trying to let go because there’s no certainty of the future and that makes me feel insecure. But at the same time I can’t help but feel like I’ve been his gf this whole time and he’s been my bf as neither of us has dated anyone else and we’ve both been present in each other’s life this whole time. We’ve also never actually broken up. He’s part cap and I’ve read many stories of them disappearing for work. But that’s not entirely true. I view myself as single and if I find someone I like more, I’m going for it. As you can see, I have mixed emotions about the relationship. So I’m going with the flow.
But one thing I’d like to share for the first time is that I think he wants me to chase him. Even more so than I have believe it or not. I think he wants me to show up at his work or his home or the location he’s at. That’s the vibe I get. And this kind of goes along with what aqua on here are telling you to do. They are telling you to chase him. The real question is why? Do they need proof of our love and loyalty? To show that we don’t give up on what is important to us? I’m rather curious. Aquas......?

It seems like Aqua advice isn't stuff that is in their character to do, so is it based on what you desire more than what you would do?
