He’s fished for it and I panicked... he asked what I wanted and I just didn’t have the balls to be honest.
I’m waiting for the right opportunity... although I think he knows... i mean, how can he not know? And if he’s so insecure how do I even tell him? I’ve never told someone I loved them first. Usually it was the dude and I was like ‘ummmm no’...
How can he trust you if you are not willing to stand by your feelings?
Get yourself a bottle of wine and type "I love you" as a PM, SMS, Whatsapp or whatever and then keep drinking so that you forget that you even sent that message.

There is a reason why people refer to Libras as iron fists with a velvet glove.
They just try to solve things in nice way first which is a very admirable trait.
They can be a bit addicted to harmony and backstabbing form time to time, yes, but that often has a foreplay that most people ignored.
Male Libra suns have a bad habit of what I mentioned prior. They can be incredibly charming and to the more foolish and guillible (add in masochistic) signs, aka everyone else except Gemini and Aqua, they will fall for that fake charm time and time again. Teeter-tottering from one side to the next hoping someone will convince them enough to make a decision for them. Their female counter part though, that's another story. You can smell the gentle and venusian aroma from a mile away but as you approach, you realize that you've just entered shitville and you're fucked. Completely devoid of any real and honest truth, there's always more than meets the eye. Incredibly sensitive to the public's perception, they will play victim as many times as it is necessary. Playing both sides of the fence to gain the admiration and respect they deserve - to help fill the void of a deeply rooted insecurity.

Libra women I tend to get a long with. Their sweet. It always starts with disgust but they grow on me. Their passive aggressive "anger" makes me giggle.

I actually like Libra women. I have Libra female friends. I get along with them for the most part. One of my closest cousins is a Libra women. I just don't like their ways sometimes. Their morals just don't align with mines.That's all.
