If you broke her heart or ghosted her then maybe she felt like you had quite the nerve to say you missed her. I know when my Leo told me he missed me and I was the best thing in his life...i literally rolled my eyes in disbelief.
If she's moved on and you said that, it could be she closed that chapter in her life and by you telling her that you missed her...she might have felt like she made a mistake. I know I've done that with my ex Aries. I thought he had finally accepted us not being together and he was truly moving on, when he told me he still felt something...all I could think of was 'Oh God', I thought we were over this.
If I close a chapter in my life and I move on...chances are I don't go back. Especially if it wasn't fairly recent.

I was visiting London 09 after i lost a job. I worked so much that i thought i would never have and opportunity to travel. When i arrived at london my last week i met her.She was riding a bycicle headed right for me. she darted pass me almost knocking me down by accident. I told her to watch it, And she pointed to a sign above that said "watch out for bikers". She smiled and ask if i was alright. I got up and she said " American?i asked her what gave it away. We talked then i walked her to her grandmothers corner store. We hung out afew times made love and on the last day i asked her to come with me. When i held her i felt her exhale like she was searching for me and found me. I felt like we were the only 2 people on the face of this earth for the few momments our bodies joined. She looked at me deep, i could see myself kissing her. And when she left i hated myself for not chasing after her and telling her after all this time and all these years.

I told her how i felt and about our love story
She said she remembers a different way.
She said that she was late to work. And like s idiot i wss blocking the bycicle lane. That she hit thr curve and bent her rim. She said we argued were she called me a typical F..kin American. Then apparently i stalked her all the way to work. And the love making part was no love involved. She said she was drunk and high off coke. When bumped into me she thought i was another women because i looked feminine and that she was bisexual. The next day relizing her mistake out of anger we argued and when i asked her to come to U.S she said F..k off
The worst part earlier at the airport she said wasnt excited to see me. She said she was runing to attack me and her goal was to wrap her hands around my neck. But she couldnt so we fought until we reached the coffee shop. And when i told her i missed her she poured hot coffee unto my face and gave me the middle finger as she stormed off.
