Librius is NOT a combination of Libra and Aquarius, you completely misunderstand what is going on here. Yeah the symbol makes it seem that way, but the "other one" you refer to is actually a very legitimate system called Classpect. Also it's not quite as simple as a "personality system". Though one's classpect role does tend to influence their personality to some degree.
Aspect is what fundamental quality/force of the universe, you have control over. So for instance being focused on knowledge, is more of a reflection upon your functional purpose. Than anything to do with your personality. In my case I'm Lipia, The Networker. So I have the personality of a Libra, but I'm "Light-Bound" aka I have a focus on knowledge/information. Libra are social and charming, so the combination means I'm liable to get information through social interaction. The most efficient way to do that, is to create networks.
It clearly says that the first half of the name, is based upon the color caste. Lib is for all Libra, but the second half has to do with your Moon Alignment(not associated with astrological moon) and your Aspect.
