Maybe a bit self-centered (selfish) 😄? The term narcissist would be misused here. Those are insecure people with severe emotional defects (think emotionally disabled) who adopt fantasy personalities to deceive others and themselves.
Sun conjuct Moon is wonderful (I have it in the 3rd house)! It's a dream aspect in synastry, that only few acquire, but we have it already in ourselves!

As a 1st house type, I feel like it's basically my birth right. I just focus on my own self more so than relationships and friendships. I want to look my best and feel my best. But Sun conjunct Moon places a huge focus on one area, so if it's in the first house (of ego), then that is likely why some think that it's a self-centered placement.
