And what do you eat in a day?

Do you monitor what you eat, or eat whatever you feel like?

Do you even feel the need to eat much?

Or is it all you ever think of?

Are you overweight, healthy, or skin and bone?

I'm just curious. I sometimes wonder if I eat too much in a day. But I don't feel like I do.. until I see what other people eat in a day and I'm like, holy crap I'm a pig. I'm average weight. I'm not overweight at all, but I'm not a stick either!

Appetite / cravings / weight / immune system functioning but the biggest and most recent finding has been they've discovered your gut flora is the command center of your emotions. As a Pisces running a family and business I can't get my leg swept by emotions- so the gut flora maintenance is one of several other tools I use to stay emotionally on point. I started living this way for immunity tho because my two toddlers caught every germ and cold and flu that could be caught and I was sick of being sick.

Hrmm. I tried to get into the habit of taking probiotics. I feel I can slump into not caring very much for things too often. I read it can help you beat depression and things like that. The gut is the second brain! But in saying that, I don't think I eat too badly. I eat kimchi and yogurt pretty regularly.

Im with ya. Living life in general just makes me so hungry. The aggressive food ads errywhere mixed in with my insatiable appetite is no good

I see what you mean but a lot of the good foods are in mealsss! But I notice I am a bit slimmer when I just snack throughout the day

I am foodie so controlling what i eat is not possible much. I love desserts , cheese , chicken .

Do you monitor what you eat, or eat whatever you feel like? : No i cant control but i dont always eat unhealthy. For eg i do not enjoy fried food .

Do you even feel the need to eat much? : I need to eat on time other wise i go mad , super hungry and dizzy & get headache 😢 . But i dont need too much of a quantity to eat.

Or is it all you ever think of? : Quite close to that actually . 😄 . I think of food a lot. If i see a picture of food that i like , then i can even imagine the taste , smell and granules of it in my mouth 😆

I am 64-65 Kg(143 pound) , 5 ' 8"(5' 7.5 " to be accurate ) tall , I dont look fat but yes i feel a bit heavy when i gain weight little also now because i am use to of being much thinner just till few years back .

On weekdays breakfast is always the same: kiwi iogurt and muesli. Llunch anything from sandwiches to whats available on the canteen / supermarket but I try to stay away from heavy, frozen and greasy stuff. I skip dinner a lot of times! Weekends I dont pay much attention.

Do you monitor what you eat, or eat whatever you feel like? I keep an eye on it but I dont go to extremes. Im eating a Kinder bar as I type 🙂 But I dont like the feeling of being stuffed, so I might eat a bit of everything but not in large quantities.

Do you even feel the need to eat much? If Im anxious or gloomy I might go for fast food or bad stuff. If Im depressed I simply dont eat. If I go to the gym I get home starving!

Or is it all you ever think of? Yesterday I was checking my BMI which is ok - 21.1 But I wouldnt mind to lose a couple of kgs to be honest.

when i say meal, i'm talking like big breakfast, lunch, dinner... the food i eat is packed with stuff but i'll just snack on it through out the day, rather than eat it all as one meal.


How do you manage veggies that way?
i make all my meals before, i'll make extra dinner and freeze it to bring another day. i bring all my food with me, i have to lol

Eat what your body craves for. Our body knows what it needs. For eg...my doctor always tells me that i should be eating more proteins . Strange thing is that my cravings are highest for proteins . Ofcourse food cravings for junk is not our body's true need ..these are just temporary energy and taste boosters ..in the long run they harm(that we all know)

Dont compare your diet with others . Every body needs different .

When you say you are not over weight ...depends on your age? Many women start gaining weight post 30 . Post 30 we need to put in more effort to keep weight in check. But dieting is not a good option in my opinion. Exercise is .

Wow. All you healthy eaters are making me look bad.

I eat what I want, when I want it. No vitamin supplements, no shakes.....just food. Sometimes it's good healthy food and sometimes it's crap.

I'm thin, not skinny but thin and fit. 5'9" and around 145lbs. Natural muscle tone. Very fast metabolism. My mother didn't cook and I was raised on fast food. I used to have McDonald's twice a day until I was around 15. I finally got sick of it and started doing the shopping and cooking. my fathers side of the family were big cooks and that's how I learned.

For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of leftover pasta fagioli (beans but censored for some reason) and a clementine. Last night I had an enchilada at Applebee's and 2 cupcakes.

Honestly, I'm sick of eating fucking rabbit food the past god however many months. I've been working on getting off the chubs.

I love baked goods. I could stoned off my tits and eat cookies and candy like no one's business.

I eat mostly whole foods, very little once in a while to no meat.

Today I had...

-warm apple cider vinegar mixture with lemon and turmeric, yea, gross

-banana

- 2 scrambled eggs wrapped in whole wheat tortilla

-kombucha for the pro and prebiotics

-roasted butternut squash, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, mushrooms

-grapes with almonds, pecans and walnuts

-vega plant based protein shake

-half an avocado with black beans and cheddar

-protein bar after workout

-half gallon of water for the day

I've been hitting the gym quite hard lately and I feel like I could eat a goddamn horse. Especially the morning after.



Holy crap woman. That is some will power you have there. I feel so unfulfilled when I eat that way and get so grumpy. I admire you for sticking this out so hard. Your body must look great!
