Time is going for sure.. makin' me sad.
I know. It’s crazy how quickly time is passing. Seems like just yesterday my sister in law announced she was expecting and now baby boy is due to arrive any day now. I don’t like how quickly time is passing though. It needs to slow down. It’s crazy to think within a blink of an eye I’m already 41. I still remember my sweet 16 birthday like it was yesterday and now I’m middle aged. It scares me because we are one step closer to death. I mean I’m not afraid of my own death. I’d happily die tomorrow if it were my time. I’m afraid of losing loved ones who are getting up in age. I mean I know I’ll see them again someday, but the time without them no matter how brief it may be will be unbearable. My mom always says to me “don’t you want someone to spend your life with? Your father and I aren’t going to be around forever.” Sigh….i know that and the reminder that they aren’t going to be around just depresses me even more. But no, I don’t want someone to spend my life with because people always leave either by choice or by death and I don’t want to deal with the sadness and heartbreak of it all. And maybe that’s selfish of me to just avoid it all. I just don’t like time moving so quickly because there isn’t much time left and eventually everything is going to come to a head and people are going to cease to exist. I don’t want to think about it. And now I’ve just talked myself into a depressive state. 😔

Sometimes I often have thoughts about death. Like what’s the saying? A time for birth and a time for death? Or is it when someone dies someone is born? Idk….something like that. Like I wonder….my nephew will soon be born. I wonder if someone in my family will die so that he can be born? I wonder if it will be me? Idk….i just feel like something is coming. I’ve had a glimpse before of the afterlife and it’s so beautiful. I wouldn’t be mad if it was my time.
So far 5 pounds down, and cut my alcohol consumption in half. I've also realized I need to stop feeling so odd and out of place in public. Like I'm finally starting to feel happy being around people again. I'm taking slow steps at everything, but exercising and adding healthy foods to my life is changing the way I view things. My entire life was nothing but an unorganized chaotic mess, and I'm finally standing up and organizing the clutter. Like it was to the point I literally couldn't even look at myself in the mirror, but then someone forced me. They showed me at my worst, with my picture attached forcing me to actually see myself. Its literally changed my life for the best. They weren't afraid to show me the actual me. I'm actually grateful, and getting my shit together. It's almost like a darkness was lifted off my spirit.
For someone who doesn't give a fuck...why do I have anxiety?! It's been really bad...twice almost full panic attacks. Blood pressure through the roof...doc clocked it at 191/102. I was finally feeling normal and then outta no where...it hits me again today at work. Like I already did this dance and beat it...tf man. I just wanna sleep til it's over. I'm tired 😭

I wanted to test the popular statement that you have to have cardio to lose tummy. I love cardio and wanted to test it out to see if I could lose tummy just working on core-centric exercises. So far, so good.
Also read this great article about lifting weights. Don't know if it's accurate or not but it's encouraging me to lift heavier weights. It says,
"You can use light weights to build muscle, but it will only work if you lift those weights to failure. You can also get stronger by lifting heavy weights. If you lift heavy weights, you don’t need to go as close to failure to get results.
Even if you do lift light weights to failure, you’ll need to lift more and more to continue making progress. Either way, you’ll eventually need to lift heavy weights."

Why do people change once they are in relationship? It’s like they become this “us” concept and completely lose a sense of self and fun.
So far, I can hold plank for two minutes.
I started videotaping myself to make sure I am using good form. So, that's what I'm doing today... a hold plank marathon... cause plank works a whole lot of muscle. I'm used to jumping around doing aerobics which is good for heart and lungs and I'll get back to it. Just want to focus on static abdominal poses to burn through that inner deep fat... see what it does for skin... see what it does for force. Focusing on abs has given me more power.
That's the one thing about not having a trainer, someone to check your form. But, videoing yourself you can rewind and see what you need to work on... especially with yoga. I check my T-stand and make sure it looks like a perfect T. Cause I want the side body trimmy, trim, trim too.

I had to drive to the Airbnb tonight after spending the eve with son and dad. I have a fear of wind turbines and there’s a group of them next to the house. Seeing as it was dark i hoped I wouldn’t see them😩and then son says they grow at night, glow and walk 😂

I think there should be something transparent and known to the members when a member manipulates multiple accounts. I get there is no way to truly tell when someone is abusing multiple accounts, but when a member does get banned for using multiple account

I'm not sure what platform this Forum sits under, but it is definitely antiquated. I'm sure it would perform much better if it were on a system like Xenforo or vBulletin. Even a free software like phpBB would be better than this.

Add a dark mode, the white is a bit hard on the eyes, late night browsing hurts my eyes. It would be nice if you could change the colors for the UI like black and purple i think would be good ideas
