I know, I also have libra rising and I donāt think Iām ugly, but Iām far from ādrop dead gorgeousā in my opinion.
I googled celebrities who have libra rising and found Britney Spears, Kate winslet, Venus Williams etc. and same with them.. I wouldnāt consider them āuglyā at all, however I would consider them mediocre, at best. Same as myself.click to expand

My experience:
I was madly in love with a Libra man. However, after the years went by and my rose colored glasses were off I didn't really find him that attractive. He wasnt ugly but it was his personality that I found most attractive. He has nice lips and beautiful eyes tho, very feminine and delicate if you really look at them.
I dated a Virgo with a Libra rising. I would say he is more attractive then the Libra sun. He isnt dropped dead gorgeous but he is handsome. Probably would be more handsome if he cleaned himself up more. What I did notice about the Libra Rising guy is that both women and men would chase after him. And he was spoiled by women who pretty much let him get away with everything. Even had a sugar mamma who didnt want him to work. This was before I met him. I didn't let him get away with this behavior and it was a turn off(I am a Leo with a heavy Leo stellium).
I also know another Virgo who has a Libra stellium. Not sure if his rising is Libra but he has Libra venus and Mars and I think some other Libra placements.. it might be libra rising too but cant remember if I got his time of birth when I did his chart.
