What is your end goal here? Are you trying to convince yourself that an abuser should decide to leave first? That is not how any of this works. You should be the one to leave someone who you allege has called you stupid and acts like he hates you.
I don’t know any abusive relationship where the abuser left first, willingly. Use your common sense.
I would definitely leave the ship. He’s trying to passively get you to leave and for him to be perceived as the victim. He’s definitely immature but I question why would you tolerate the ship when you to can just be fwb

But I do know my brother has been through hell and back with his ex and still clung on. It took a court ordered restraining order (long story) to separate them for good. Or at least till 2024.

Is this change in behavior aligning with the global pandemic? Not an excuse for his assholery, but lots of people stressed, depressed, and trapped at home with their SO and lashing out due to a situation they would otherwise not be in. I'd say if that's the case try to establish alone time so you can get a break from each other, and ride it out till more normal times when you can actually leave the house and not be around each other 24/7.
Many people stay in unhappy relationships for so many reasons.
Having said that, Libras don’t know how to be single, so he’ll stick around until he secures another person. Again, a lot of co-dependent signs do this crap.
I bet you as a Cancer are stuck in the past and see him for what he was before. People change and outgrow each other all the time. If he’s no longer the person he used to be or you’re not the person you used to be, which is causing him to lash out, it’s time to pull the plug.
Maybe some do but not me. I have no problem ending relationships. I have felt bad and I try to keep it civil and some what sympathetic. And Ive had some bad ones. But Ill never stay with a woman I dont love. Id rather let her go and hurt her feelings than to lead her on and break her heart

Libras will stay for either 2 reasons:
1. They really love you and want to do everything to make it work (which yes can be unhealthy if it's a toxic situation)
or
2. They're having an inner debate on if they want to break up and when/where/how they want to do it IF they do. And usually when this mental process happens they have already checked out.
Regardless, when a Libra stops feeling you they go cold and dip eventually.
P.S. This sounds more like something you need to communicate with them about (or just dump them) than an astrology issue though.

I did this twice. Both were out of guilt and Inemded the first one respectfully. She took it extremely hard tho. I tried and wqs faithful. Was never mean or disrespectful. It just wasnt there.
2nd one was toxic af. We just kept cheating on each other and it was pointless. Stayed outta revenge. And we had the same apartment. Smh. To this day she still tries to get back at me.
My 3rd examole, I was on the other side. My sons mom is a libra. Looking back on everything, she never loved me. She tried at first mainly because of me taking care of her oldest child. But it was mever there. And then she got extremely disrespectful. But I packed my shit and left and we agreed to co parent. Still deal with her jabs and nasty attitude but I got my pride and joy in my son so fuck her lol
