I'm curious LS, are there specific things about a person that would make you consider them "marriage material" or is it more of a feeling you get from them? Are you typically quick to decide whether or not you could see someone with you for life?

For me the feeling of security you mention is nice, but if there's not much more to it, that can get boring.... I have always had an attraction to Aqua men, but never dated one. In my experience they are fun - spontaneous, smart, trying new things, etc. I find it surprising that he wouldn't be bright enough - maybe you just haven't fully seen that side of him yet? Most Aquas tend to have their own style .

It has a lot to do with how my life would be if I stayed with this person. Could we blend our lives together? Can I transform into someone who would be happy in his life? What would our partnership look like? What would it entail? What would I give up? What would I gain?

Normally, I figure it out fast. I decide if I can live with it or in most cases I can't. Although they have to be able to inspire me to love, loyalty, and faithfulness, it really goes beyond that it has to be a meeting of minds, values, and bodies.

What attracts me is a clever man who has great compassion for the human condition. If he is creative, brillant, clever, cocky, sexy, and knows how to weild words in a way that shakes me .... add a satirical and clever sense of humour that compliments my own ... I am sold!

My little description there totally turned me on. lol!

colds suck.

Gemman and I went out Thursday evening, stayed out until 3 am. I really didn't expect a phone call from him again and I wasn't about to call him. But Friday evening, I get a call from him. Surprised me. At the end of that phone call, he asked if I would call him Saturday and told him I would but later in the day. And I stuck to my promise. That day, I bought a new TV - nice bells and whistles. Well I thought I could carry it into my house myself but after I bought it I had to leave it at the store until I could find someone with a truck (Mr. Libra had just bought a truck, but I wasn't in the mood to play cat and mouse with him by leaving a VM because he wouldn't pick up). Well the Gemini had called me that evening and asked what I was doing, so me being the talkative person, tell him my dilemma. He offers to go to his office and pick up a dolly and help me load it into one of our cars and take it to the house. So I told him to stand by and I'd let him know...Ok, I need to shorten this story.

I ended up getting the TV in my house myself, but I was having trouble setting up my stereo system and DVD player to play, so he offered to come help me and suggested we watch a movie, too. So I said sure.

Ok, fast forward....stay tuned for the next part.

I have a huge movie collection, so we watched "National Treasure" first all the way through...I had some wine in the house (no surprise there!) so I cleared an entire bottle and then I myself some rum and diet coke. At that point, I was feeling no pain, but I wasn't even thinking about making any moves on him - just loosen myself up because I'm just a shy person.

Well he kept up to me drink for drink for the most part. He excused himself to the restroom and I figured he was feelings the affects of the alcohol and didn't think anything of it. While he was in the restroom, I go into the kitchen to top off my rum and diet. I hear the toilet flushing, so I finished up my pouring, stir the rum in, put the rum back in the freezer. When I turn around to head back to the living room, who is standing behind me completely NAKED?>?!>!>!>!>!>!>—??

I said "Jeremy, what the hell?" He said he was hot. I told him "I have a ceiling fan I can turn on!"

He said "No, I like this better."

I was in shock. I kept my clothes on. I insisted he put his clothes on because my cat is very friendly and still has his claws and I'd hate to have my cat leave some scratches on places on his anatomy he holds dear. So he put his pants back on.

We started watching "Mr and Mrs Smith" and let's just say we didn't get half way through that movie. 😉

So now after what happened Saturday night, I just knew I'd not get a phone call from him Sunday, but I did. It's strange, because I told you guys I couldn't do a FWB with Mr. Libra, but I was the one who told Gemman I wasn't looking for anything serious...yet he's the one making the contact and the effort to see me.

I emailed my best friend with the subject line "Not something you see everyday" and the body of the email was: "Hi there. Have you ever had a man excuse himself to the restroom and come back naked?"

Needless to say, she called me immediately after receiving that email. I had her rolling in stitches.

That actually happened to me once ... or something very similar. I turned around and he was naked. I have never seen anyone undress so quickly.

He told me that I looked like Renee Zellwegger and before I could tell him that he reminded me of Scott Wolf, he said that people have told him that he looks like Toby McGuire. I told him "NOOOO, you look like Scott Wolf". He laughed and said "Even better, he's a good looking guy". I nodded and said "I know..."

I think that's why we didn't finish watching the 2nd movie.

I know what you mean about him asking a lot of questions, I do this with all libras because you all tend to speak in double terms which often confuses us. When we speak in those same double terms, we understand our language, but with others we are unsure. I will ask a lot of questions, not because I have inferior intelligence, but because I want to be sure of my words as to not make a fool of myself. Time will tell if he really is smart, but my guess is, he is but is often underestimated. I have many language barriers, because I am very introverted. And often my aloof, dreamy, subtle nature can go as far as being confused with ditsyness.. which often works to my advantage with guys 😉.. but that is another thread..
