Jon Snow. The King of the North has issued an attack last night against @WarAngel1. There was no love lost in their death, as they were Lady Stoneheart. Though raised with the Starks, Lady Stoneheart was Catelyn Stark before her death, but she never treated him as her own. Too caught up in her pettiness from her belief that her husband fathered a child outside of their marriage.
A villager, Shadowcat, got into an argument with another Villager, @AneemA08. The argument escalated, resulting in a murder. AneemA08 is no more.
Cersei Lannister, as she walks the road of shame as punishment for her crimes of sleeping with her brother, a Villager rushes up to her, and stabs her. @Soul is no more.
With her death, the 3rd villager has now been sacrificed, the dragons have been born...

Therefore, the dragons are in play. Also, because Jorah was not sacrificed, but killed, day kills are still active for Khaleesi.

Further clarification on this, Bran Stark can control the dragons as well if the right user is indicated to me. But Bran only gets a day kill, not a night kill.
So the dragons can kill 2 people day, and 1 people at night.
