I just got my COVID-19 results
Could also be a false positive
Personally know two people that have gotten false positives here in Florida
One of which didn’t even take the test 😆
She filled out all the paperwork but couldn’t wait any longer and had to get back to work so she left and got a letter in the mail stating she was positive

Not really. But now that I KNOW, I am a bit paranoid to be honest.
God i hope in my next life i don't show up as an aries. Just random thought there hehe.
There was a cluster near me. 160 positive cases, all enployees at a greenhouse that worked together in tight quarters. 4 actually got sick which is what prompted the other's to be tested. Everyone recovered.
But a housekeeper at the motel some of them stayed at tested positive and died.

Then again the source I got that from might be as skewed as the original number of cases the media released, which was proven to be completely off and much less. Taking that percentage you then can find out how many would likely die from the total global population IF the virus continues to kill at the rate that it does presently.

Thats also assuming the information either of us have obtained is 100% accurate. Your intelligents aside, you are only as smart as what the system feeds you. Until you've made your own covid test kit in your basement I find it impossible to believe anything you or others say. And even if you did I would find that flawed.

11 mil+ confirmed cases of COVID have been documented of those 11mil+, 500k+, have died leading to a 4.6-4.7% death rate.

Can you prove to me that the actual case or death percentage on Google, in the media, or other sources is 100% accurate? Can you prove to me the numbers are 100% true? I don't need to know the numbers are accurate mathematically from the percentage given. I need to physically see it with my own eyes. And I don't mean some person sitting in a hospital with 2 thumbs up who healed from the flu or other natural illness while claiming the government told them they had something called covid. Wow I must be really stupid. Ignorance truly is bliss. Here I've been living normal like nothing is happening, and the government everyone else was trying to burn to the ground is actually telling the truth.

I don’t trust our government either for various reasons, but as an RN I can promise you Covid is very real. I have colleagues and friends who are sleeping in their garages and haven’t seen their kids in weeks because they are taking care of Covid patients. I HIGHLY doubt nurses and doctors would sacrifice time with their kids if it was just a hoax or for “political gain”.. As far as How Covid got here, I have my own theories or concerns, I agree that this has caught all of us by surprise, but regardless of how it got here, it’s here and it’s very real.click to expand
Personally I've never studied any real conspiracy theories of the virus, and only have my own theory which I want to be proven wrong. Basically I just want to know its impossible for the government to give hospitals fake test kits that show positive for any common illnesses, or even show positive for people who aren't even sick.
I truly believe the whole world is in form of Munchausen syndrome purely for economical and political advancement.

You wouldn't use the total global population to calculate a death rate. You would use confirmed case counts, and then find what percentage of deaths they are from the confirmed case count.....
Taking that percentage you then can find out how many would likely die from the total global population IF the virus continues to kill at the rate that it does presently.

I don’t trust our government either for various reasons, but as an RN I can promise you Covid is very real. I have colleagues and friends who are sleeping in their garages and haven’t seen their kids in weeks because they are taking care of Covid patients. I HIGHLY doubt nurses and doctors would sacrifice time with their kids if it was just a hoax or for “political gain”.. As far as How Covid got here, I have my own theories or concerns, I agree that this has caught all of us by surprise, but regardless of how it got here, it’s here and it’s very real.

I am convinced that I had it back in April, I had symptoms for 2 months.. have never had respiratory issues before, never been a smoker but I had a smokers cough for 2 months. It was a horrible, dry heaving type of cough, I felt a tickle sensation in my lungs that caused the deep heaving coughing and never felt like I could clear my lungs of that tickled, irritated sensation. Similar to how it would feel to inhale a feather if you can imagine what that would feel like. 🤨
I’m a nurse so I just assumed that I had it even though I was denied testing the first two times. (This was back when testing was scarce and they were only testing people if you were practically blue in the face) By the time they finally swabbed me, I had already had symptoms for about 4-5 weeks and most of the symptoms resolved except for that persistent cough. My swab came back negative. I don’t think the nurse swabbed me deep enough, my eyes didn’t water or anything.
I doubled up on vitamins and fluids to boost my immune system and self quarantined.(I drank those Emergen-C vitamin drinks with zinc and like 1000 mg of vitamin C) I monitored my oxygen levels and temperature at home. When I did get the low grade fevers I let my body fight off whatever virus or infection I was coming down with.. I didn’t take any Tylenol or Motrin for the fever because it never went over 101. (If it had reached 102 I would have taken something but it always broke on its own) I have a shitty diet and a thyroid disorder so that is why I focused on vitamins because I know I’m deficient in many vitamins/minerals.
I also was doing deep breathing exercises and increased my fluids to decrease risk for complications like dehydration or pneumonia.
This seemed to help me get through whatever I had going on without having to go to the ER though. But there were definitely times where it felt scary, like when I couldn’t catch my breath because the coughing was nonstop and so deep that I couldn’t inhale fully. I’m glad that you don’t have symptoms but it’s not a bad idea to still work on boosting your immunity with vitamins, healthy diet and lots of fluids .

I think im ok. My doctor finds it funny, i haven't developed any cough or diarrhea or headaches, but i do have chest pain, like if i had swallowed a glass full of glass shards. Yesterday was awful, today i feel better.
The critical period should be over by Wednesday, doctor says if the feeling in my chest continues after that, then i have to get hospitalized. I think I'll be ok though.

Even though some won't the thing is all it takes is for them to "have it" and spreading it, if it reaches vulnerable people, that's a problem.
