Any type of phone has an option to block those calls, not just a specific number but private calls or no id. You don't need the app.
Google your phone type and how to block it.
For instance i have it in calls, then you press 3 dots in upper right part then you will get block calls, specific ones and unknown/private no. It's android.

I have iPhone13 and he has 13 or 12 so our devises are the same but she is using some app or whatever is generating those No Caller ID that are having no dots no nothing!
