Just letting go of having the person in my life

I never found it easy to let go of anything, so i have begun to realize that part of myself needed working on. When i noticed a pattern with letting go of all the men i had in my life, i began to see there was something in me that needed healing.

Like you, i have those fixed difficult to let go placements

Letting go.... it's just a Tauruses natural thing to not do lol... but when we do.... even if we are hurting inside you will never know. We are stubborn and strong.

I worry for the person. Not that I'll make their life better by being in it ..but I just always hope they'll be ok in every respect.

I don't find the actual act of breaking up and/or letting go to be all that difficult. Probably because things (typically) are done civilly, after having been discussed, and mutually decided upon. I'm super big on open, honest, clear communication, so the way I approach splitting up with someone isn't really an exception... and I wouldn't even be in a relationship with someone unwilling to communicate in a like way. It just makes the entire experience easy, lol.

On a sappy note though... I do have to throw away their pillows if they don't take them. I can do the whole be in bed alone thing post break-up, but there's something about the lingering smell on the pillow that presents itself as a challenge. /shrug

My chart is loaded with issues about letting go its really hard, it breaks my heart and it aches a bit more because i cant show it?

I'm usually the one ending the relationship so for me it's easy. I move on fairly quickly. Its the whole finding someone new for companionship, that's hard.

I keep it moving and can be pretty heartless when I'm done with you. I care so much when I'm with you and then it just switches off and I don't when I'm done.

I'm picky and could care less if you like me. I have to like you. I love instant chemistry and I find that I am drawn to intense people like myself. Then the chase begins.

me too unless I have gotten too many feels and 'm the one being left behind - because I wanted more and he left because he wasn't ready for more - daym ... man - it was easier getting a divorce lol

Right before breaking up ... having to come to reality and do it . Once you break up and after it's not so bad.. the decision was made

But before you get to that .. when everything is falling apart , when you're unsure

I don't mind being alone at all but i do mind being with the wrong person but it took me a long time in the past to move on....

New woman now 🙂

Why is it hard?

Knowing what we shared maybe shared with someone else

I wasn't good enough to be kept

Someone else will get to see their good and bad

The comfort of knowing the person is there after a long tiresome day

Having someone to share my deepest thoughts with

The person that knows the side of me everyone doesn't get to see is no longer around

The person that seen me at my most vulnerable is no longer around to protect me

Even after being hurt I give too many chances but in the end, I have to choose me or the hurt will destroy me from the inside out

I have trouble letting go. I always stay too long, and give fifty million chances. Until I am getting hurt and realize I need to choose myself since I've been FAR too understanding.

I am surprised you feel this way with an Aqua moon. As they are known to so easily emotionally detach. What in your signs do you think you have trouble letting go?

Even when the relationship ends?

What do you do? Hold onto a fantasy that will never come true?

Find it much harder to let go than breaking up. Letting go of the person, the memories, the comfort, the life built with them and the daily communication.

Takes me a long time to fully let go and I mean a long time. I always have a small window of hope (unless I was completely done and ended it myself). I think for me the hardest part is knowing that I can't just call them up and be like let's hang. I also miss the affection a lot and the not having someone there to share everything with.
