Maybe it's just me, but i don't get it... I don't see the point of this question. 😕
How did you end-up in a relationship? Is this one of those arranged marriages - where you didn't get to chose (your partner was chosen for you)? Did you, just, fall into one (a relationship)? Out of the blue (is this Neptune's doing)?
What's going on here... this just doesn't make any sense. Or, did i end-up in another parallel universe - where relationships happen in reverse (compared to what i'm used to)!? I mean, in the place where i come from - this question would be pointless... if you'e already in a relationship (you can say that word any time you mean it / feel it).
Sorry, i'm just a bit baffled right now... ?
When it feels real, only you will know that. If you have to question yourself or doubt it, then obviously it isn't real
Whether or not it feels real isn't what I question, but the readiness of the S/O to hear it.
If said too early (in one's opinion), one may question the sincerity of the declaration of love.
Even when actions match words, I think it may be unwise to say something with so much meaning too soon, even when it is indeed felt.

This is also not an uncommon question to be asked, based on the research I've done. While professionals offer great information on the subject, I was interested to find what everyday people's opinions on the subject are. I'm actually opitomistic when it comes to the marriage statistic. That still is a fu caking (autocorrect and I like it) high number of people making it happen.
As for my answer to the OP - I say it when I can utter the words and they are truthful. It was short of a month in, I think.
